This is borderline impossible since you have to have the zone treasures achievements which each require one of the very rare gem clusters from dig sites. Almost 2 years on and I haven't seen a single one of them.

Unlike the BFA and SL Meta AVs, this one does not seem to be a FoS, meaning it can still be done once TWW releases. Nonetheless, best to get it over with soon if you wanna get your goodest of bois.

As someone who has done all the achievements and should receive the Meta AV upon logging on (EU servers are not yet live), let me give you a few tips regarding the more annoying AVs:

You Know How To Reach Me can be quite annoying because of Scroll Hunter. These scrolls take forever to farm; the best way to do so is either by collecting treasures in the Forbidden Reach or by farming elite mobs in the War Creche (more or less soloable with current gear levels). Don't forget to use Azure Scrying Crystal to increase the drop rate. Still, you will only average at best around 5 scrolls per hour, so be ready for around 10 hours of grinding if you have no progress with this AV.
While all the rep factions of Oh My God They Were Clutchmates are fairly quick and easy to grind out, Legend Of The Multiverse takes some time. The main chunk of rep comes from the weekly Time Rift Quest, which gives 1k rep. After doing this, queue for heroic DOTI, where each boss kill grants 300 rep.
Que Zara-lek Zara-lek includes Treasures of Zaralek Cavern, which can be annoying because one of the treasures (Seething Cache) centers around collecting orbs which can only be collected by one player at a time. If you don't see the orbs, chances are someone else collected them recently. Try doing this on a low pop server late at night.
And then there's Across The Isles. Oh boy... This AV was newly added and includes a bunch of also newly added "Sub-Meta-AVs", such as Wake Me Up which also award mounts btw.
One thing that is annoying is that these Sub-Meta-AVs include the AVs for collecting treasures in the four Dragon Isles zones (e.g.: Treasures Of The Waking Shores). These treasures are very annoying and time-consuming to farm because they require opening Disturbed Dirt using Expedition Shovels. If you're lucky, you get an item which then leads you to a treasure somewhere in the Dragon Isles. Unfortunately "lucky" means like once every 50-100 digs.
Centaur of Attention also includes Tetrachromancer which can take well over 100 hunts to complete.
Flight Club requires doing the Whelp Daycare Dailies, which can take a few weeks because you only get a few dailies each day.
Lastly, it is worth mentioning that this Meta is also somewhat timegated, as some of the achievements can only be completed during certain WQs (e.g.: Great Shots Galore or Taking From Nature), meaning you might have to wait for them to be up.

Everything else is mostly standard Questing / Exploring / Dragonriding stuff that might be somewhat time consuming, but at least not frustrating.

im disappointed to see that they included all of the annoying, grindy and rng-filled achievements that no person has fun doing. the shadowlands one was not the same

This is an expansion-wide meta achievement meant to be obtained over the course of many months of playing, it is quite time consuming but also quite rewarding as between all the achievements you get the following rewards:

And this are the rewards directly awarded by the achievements required for this meta, you will get a lot more than those rewards from storylines, renown, quests, rares, treasures, events, and everything you will do, or have already done, to obtain it.

My question is... how much of this is account wide? It seems like some of these achieves aren't account wide but I'm wondering if I can farm this on multiple alts.

Edit: As noted, achievements are account wide but progress is not. Which means for the achieves that require multiple quests, all the quests for one achievement have to be done on one character. Confused me a bit at first but I'm figuring it out, it's sort of a pain because there's a lot of content I did on one or two characters but not all of them.

Similar to my Balance of Power progress tool, I've started working on A World Awoken version. Similarly, it will read your characters progress data from your bnet account than will guide you through the steps.

Note: WIP, will add final steps soon too.

I've noticed some of the progress has gone missing. Certain kills, certain bakar that I've patted (I went from many to 2. I know I've patted more than 2 bakar ) ..etc. Hopefully this doesn't become a trend. This achievement is entirely too long and obnoxious. Our best boy is worth it though.

This is an account-wide achievement, so you can complete different steps in the achievement on different characters. To track your progress across your different characters, go to the Wowhead profiler and pin all of your characters that have made progress on any of the steps in the achievement.

How to pin a character on the Wowhead profiler: Go to: https://www.wowhead.com/list
Look up your character.
On the top right of the character screen are a couple of tools: Logs, Verify, Pin, Hide, Filters, Planner, etc. Click on Pin.
Now, when you hover over one of the requirements for this achievement, it will show which characters have completed it.
If Wowhead isn't correctly showing completed achievements for one of your characters, go to the Wowhead profiler, look up your character, and use the Update button in the upper right corner.

Some of these achievements require you to do tasks during certain events. In case you've forgotten the schedule for these events:

Super Bloom: Every hour on the hour
Super Duper Bloom

Time Rifts: Every hour on the hour

Grand Hunts: Every 2 hours they will spawn in a different random location.

Community Feast: Every 3 hours 30 minutes

Researchers Under Fire: Every hour on the half hour
Nothing Stops the Research

The Storm's Fury: 5 hour rotation. It lasts 4 hours and there is a 1 hour downtime.

Primal Storms: 3 hour rotation. They last 2 hours and have a 1 hour downtime.

The Taivan mount model doesnt show on the Mounts tab ( as well as the other mount you get from all the achievements) and when I mount it, it's just me running round. Also I dont have any of the other mounts you get from all the achievements.

There's a bug that gave some few players partial credit on the Fringe Benefits achievement allowing them to complete it in fewer than 8 days. So I guess lucky them for getting an early Taivan.

This achiev needs a huge nerf and fixing. Some of the spawn rate have been nerfed, they need to reverse that and even buff it. Just an example is the 100 treasures on the reach, i've farmed them for 1 hour and got 11 using the 2000 dust treasure tracker.
Never put a unique mount behind a achiev so big that not require skills on top a huge number of mounts added during dragonflight.

Just got the achievement and received the mount. but it's completely bug (like almost all the mounts of this patch) and you see nothing when you mount, you just move faster...

This is going to be near impossible due to having to get purple reward in timerifts. I've done tons and only managed a blue reward.

Funny how most people don't bother with any of this stuff until the very end when the meta achievement gets revealed, then rush to do 1.5 years of content in 2 weeks.

I just obtained the Best Boi myself and Immediately I noticed his Running Speed is slightly slower than the average ground mount (Tested it too) now this is probably a bug so there shouldn't be any worrying about it. Bug or not, and even though to me this is just a +1 to my journey towards 900 Mounts (this was 898) I got to admit, this mount is reaaaaaaaaaally cute, big fluffy emotional support doggy, and he serves as a reminder of a very cute questline from this game, I love him so much

Taivan is a cool guy，what a pity the developer team has no ability to create some more interesting content let player getting access to the reward but just farming farming farming and more farming like a robot...

Taivan’s size has been drastically reduced. If you were doing the insane grind for this meta achievement you might want to reconsider doing it if his beefy big boy size was part of the appeal for you. And/or start flooding the Blizzard forums with complaints.

Now that I'm near the end of this meta-achievement, here are a few tips for some of the achivements that can take a while to complete if you don't know some tricks. I apologise in advance for any errors, as English is not my mother tongue.

The achievement Treasure Hunter of the Dragon Isles can take some time to do. You need to get a lot of Disturbed Dirt and I suggest you to install the addon "Routes" and check out Kreylinor's first commentary on Disturbed Dirt, which gives some handy routes that you can import in the addon
The Taking From Nature is important to do right from the start, you only need to do a daily quest one time in different zones but the fishing points rotate every week (because of that, the achievement can take few weeks to do)
For the achievement Hoarder of the Forbidden Reach it's better to be in warmode on given that there are generally fewer players. You should know that a timer making the treasure disappear starts as soon as the first player takes the treasure (apparently the treasure stays for 10-15 minutes when a player takes it, but I'm not totally sure about that). Also, it's important to do Treasures of the Forbidden Reach at the same time, as this requires treasures of all the different types possible. Note that the Morqut Provisions treasure is a little rarer than the others, and spawns in a particular location. The same applies to Irontide Stash treasure, which only appears on the left side of the zone.
Regarding Librarian of the Reach, some of the books can only be found in the Zskera Vaults. Contrary to what you may think, the books don't change every week, they're actually random and you won't get the same books from one character to another, so if you don't find one, go on your alt to see if it's there. You can use Anomaly Detection Mark I in your spellbook when you enter the vaults to see whether the book you're looking for is there or not.
We're Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon was really painful since I personally had never understood the use of Ominous Conch so I always threw them away from my bag whenever I had some. How sad I was when I realized that this achievement was part of the meta achievement and that I had to go shellfishing... There are two possible methods here, either you go fishing in the Zaralek caves in a lake in the village of Loamm Niffen. This will give you 1 conch every 1 to 5 minutes of fishing. OR you can collect Tuskarr Tacklebox in warmode on. These boxes also gives you Ominous Conch, as well as trash items, which allow you to farm some gold at the same time. Tuskarr Tacklebox can be found all over the Dragon Isles and you can check the Wowhead page referring to them to find where they are located. This is the method I personally used to complete the achievement and it took me a few hours.
And finally... Tetrachromancer This one is a real nightmare, as the previous comments already show. You have to farm the big hunt and you have a small chance of getting one of the colours you don't have. The first hunt of the week gives you an epic quality loot which has a better chance of giving you one of the colours needed for the achievement. Given this, some rather interesting methods have appeared recently, including one that involves creating a trial character, then travelling to Valdrakken via the Orgrimmar / Stormwind portal and finally going on the big hunt (ideally with a group) in order to get the epic bag and hope to drop one of the colours. Personally, I did the first two hunts of the week on all my alts, so I got an epic drop and a rare drop, then I created some trial characters which allowed me to get the colours fairly quickly. For the love of The Old Gods, don't spend your time doing big hunts on only one character to have white loots, it's a huge waste of time.

And on that sentence, I wish you good luck in your quest to obtain the game's goodest boy, Taivan.
