In order to obtain the Jeweled Serpent, King of Boars, Demon Panther, Earthen Guardian & Dream Owl Figurines you will be in need of a strength class (Highly recommending a Paladin) and leather class (I was on my Demon Hunter), because the figurines don't drop for all classes.

What you want to do is level Cataclysm Jewelcrafting to level 25 on these characters and go to Uldum using the portal from Orgrimmar/Stormwind. Then you will want to go back to the "Old Uldum" before the N'zoth invasions and fly to "/way 41.90 12.60" until you see stairs. From this point just move upwards and kill the patrolling troops called "Shnottz Infantryman", they're walking in big packs all over the place. I was able to loot all 5 figurines in under 15 minutes on both characters.

Strength class can obtain: King of Boars, Jeweled Serpent, Earthen Guardian, Dream Owl
Leather class can obtain: Demon Panther

I did it on Warrior and Druid with 25+ Cataclysm Jewelcrafting

Figurine - Earthen Guardian (Druid or Warrior)
Figurine - Jeweled Serpent (Druid)

If you are looking for an easy way to track how many of which materials you need in-game, Profession Shopping List may be for you. You can manually track recipes, or use /psl to track all the recipes required for the linked achievement.

The addon will calculate all the necessary reagents and show you how many of them you already have. You can also Ctrl+Click any reagent that can be crafted itself (i.e. Bronze Bar) to track the recipe for that as well.

After trying to farm the spec-restricted trinkets on a DK for a long time maybe 30 minutes and reading all the comments here and on every trinket's individual page, I'm 99% sure that the requirements for these 5 trinkets in the top comment are not quite right.
Why would a strictly Strength class be eligible for looting a spec-restricted Intellect trinket? I believe they were able to loot those with Paladin because it has an Int spec (as evidenced a few comments later and on some other pages by shamans).
Same goes for the Demon Panther which would need a class with an agi spec and not a leather-wearer (worn by Hunters and Shamans too), and the Earthen Guardian needs a class with a tank spec (evidenced by someone looting it on a Druid).

Update: At the time of first writing this comment, I had King of Boars and Earthen Guardian on my DK and nothing else dropped. Later, after 10 minutes of farming on a Shaman, I had looted all the remaining 3 (Demon Panther, Jeweled Serpent, Dream Owl), which confirms everything above.

Update 2: Looks like Monk and Warlock don't work for Jeweled Serpent and Dream Owl for some weird reason (for Monk, the only possible reason I can think of is the class didn't exist yet and their drop table was hardcoded somehow, but Warlock just doesn't make sense in any way).

TL;DR:
King of Boars - DK/Paladin/Warrior
Demon Panther - any class with an Agi spec
Earthen Guardian - any class with a tank spec
Jeweled Serpent & Dream Owl - any class with an Int spec - except Monk and Warlock, apparently

This one says craft or repair... what is the meaning of repair? And would there - anywhere - be an overview of what nightmarish tasks you need to go through to be able to craft all of there. I am crying.

Has anyone had any luck finding the Truesilver Boar design? Farming on both shaman and warrior (both jc) and no luck. Schol, Zul, Uldaman, plaguelands..

Coming back to these for the Fantastic Figurines, I have a hard time understanding how to *get* these. But then Figurine - Dream Owl dropped for me while killing Living Blood in Deepholm (for Elemental Goo, which I of course were doing for the Can't Crush These (sigh)). Looting it immediately gave me the Broken Owl Figurine quest and as I (appearently) already had the necessary items to complete the quest, I could and I did. That gave me the Figurine - Dream Owl and then I got credt for 'Figurine - Dream Owl' for the achievement. Only lvl 29 in Cataclysm Jewelcrafting.

Some of the links above go to the item and and other to the quest. Some can be achieved by looting something like this and other are from recipes. Gonna be a long trek trying to figure all of these out...

These items are either crafted (how to learn to craft them varies, see below) or by repairing an item that you loot from different mobs. They require different skill levels of Jewelcrafting from Classic, Outland, Northrend and Cataclysm Jewelcrafting and if you are also levelling jewelcrafting, it is good to do that while working on this as well as several of these are quite useful for that.

In the below, I have listed the different achievement criteria sorted by expansion using both own experience from Dragonflight and the notes from Wowhead.

For Classic, it is a mix of trainer recipes, drops and limited vendor recipes

For Outland, they are gated behind Revered rep with almost all the factions.

For Northrend, they are all taught by the trainer

For Cataclysm, they are exclusively made by repairing items dropped by different mobs.

CLASSIC
Figurine - Jade Owl is taught by your jewelcrafting trainer. Requires skill lvl 200 Classic.

Figurine - Golden Hare is taught by Design: Golden Hare, which can drop from a number of mobs and can be sold at the AH. Requires skill lvl 200 Classic.

Figurine - Black Pearl Panther is taught by Design: Black Pearl Panther, which is in limited supply with Banalash in Stonard in Swamp of Sorrows (alliance can buy it from Helenia Olden). Requires skill lvl 215 Classic.

Figurine - Truesilver Crab is taught by Design: Truesilver Crab, which is in limited supply with Nerrist in Northern Stranglethorn (alliance can buy it from Helenia Olden). Requires skill lvl 225 Classic.

Figurine - Truesilver Boar is taught by Design: Truesilver Boar, which can drop from a number of mobs and can be sold at the AH. Requires skill lvl 235 Classic.

Figurine - Ruby Serpent is taught by Design: Ruby Serpent, which can drop from a number of mobs and can be sold at the AH. Requires skill lvl 260 Classic.

Figurine - Emerald Owl is taught by Design: Emerald Owl, which can drop from a number of mobs and can be sold at the AH. Requires skill lvl 285 Classic.

Figurine - Black Diamond Crab is taught by Design: Black Diamond Crab, which is dropped by Quartermaster Zigris in LBRS (not 100% drop chance). Requires skill lvl 300 Classic.

Figurine - Dark Iron Scorpid is taught by Design: Dark Iron Scorpid, which is dropped by Golem Lord Argelmach in Blackrock Depths (not 100% drop chance). Requires skill lvl 300 Classic.

OUTLAND
Figurine - Felsteel Boar is taught by Design: Felsteel Boar, which is sold by the Lower City quartermaster Nakodu at Revered with Lower City (repeatedly running Shadow Labyrinth on Normal is a fast way to grind this). Requires skill lvl 70 Outland (to buy and to learn).

Figurine - Talasite Owl is taught by Design: Talasite Owl, which is sold by the Sha’tari quartermaster Almaador at Revered with The Sha’tar. Requires skill lvl 70 Outland (to buy and to learn).

Figurine - Dawnstone Crab is taught by Design: Dawnstone Crab, which is sold by the Thrallmar quartermaster Quartermaster Urgronn at Revered with Thrallmar (for alliance, it is Logistics Officer Ulrike at Revered with Honor Hold). Requires skill lvl 70 Outland (to buy and to learn).

Broken Owl Figurine is obtained by looting Figurine - Dream Owl, which can drop from a number of different Cataclysm mobs. To loot it, you need to be skill lvl 25 Cataclysm. Previously, you also needed to be on a class, that could benefit from intellect, but that is no longer the case.

Broken Boar Figurine is obtained by looting Figurine - King of Boars, which can drop from a number of different Cataclysm mobs. To loot it, you need to be skill lvl 25 Cataclysm. Previously, you also needed to be on a class, that could benefit from strength, but that is no longer the case.

Old Uldum - Stairs at /way 42 12
Just kill the mob packs, respawn about 5-10 Min.

Figurine - King of Boars I got with my DK and Paladin, in the first pack.
Figurine - Earthen Guardian I got with my DK, after 3 or 4 packs.
Figurine - Demon Panther I got with my Monk after about 6 packs.

Figurine - Dream Owl and Figurine - Jeweled Serpent didnt drop for my Monk after 600+ mobs, was specced into heal. So the comments about "it has to be an int class or spec" cant be true or i was just that unlucky.
Logging to my Paladin fixed this. Got both of them in the first pack.

Dont know if this is intended or a bug. Just dont waste your time. Acm is accountwide, every progress of every character will be counted. Good Luck.

Today's hotfix enabled the previously restricted Cataclysm figurines to drop for all.

Cataclysm Jewelcrafting figurines now drop for all classes to aid with completion of the Fantastic Figurines achievement.

If one of the Cata figurines isn't dropping for you, double check your bank. I had the last three that I needed (that I had been trying to farm for hours) sitting in my bank for who knows how long.

Looted all 5 Cata figurines under 15 minutes, by killing spiders at Tol Barad: Darkwood Lurker
Respawn pretty fast, so maby somebody also find this spot useful
