This quest can actually be really easy to turn in if somebody completes the big elite quest chain in Bloodmyst. Whenever somebody does, they throw a big party in the city of town and all the big NPCs from Bloodmyst and Azuremyst Isles gather round to celebrate, including Prophet Velen, who will easily take the note off your hands and issue you the next quest in the chain.

Prophet Velen is inside Exodar at The Vault of Lights (33,55) for this quest !!!

The quest text mentions that the Blood Elves have a Draenei spy working from within the Exodar. Is it ever revealed or hinted at who this spy is? You don't need to know to complete the quest of course, but it would still be interesting to find out.

Stupid quest makes you go all the way to Exodar and then back exactly to the same place. Don't they have phones or something.

Take the Translated Sunhawk Missive to Prophet Velen at the Exodar.

Description

I need you to deliver the translated documents to Velen personally, <name>. I don't trust that deranged messenger.

Explain to the Prophet that the blood elves are receiving reinforcements from the Outland and that they have a spy amongst the draenei at the Exodar. Velen resides in the Vault of Lights inside the Exodar.
