Loc is 56, 34. The bones are kind of hard to see but there are one next to each little owlkin hut.

Each of the six or seven camps has them (indicated by the little KIA-campsite-looking symbols ^ scattered around Ragefeather Ridge). The bones are sticking out of the ground vertically near the bon fires and entrances to huts. Kind of hard to see until you mouse over them.

I also found some of the dragon bones oddly sticking out from the base of some trees in the general area. My guess is they're everywhere.

While you're out here (Wyrmscar), you'll probably want to do the last bit of the mushroom questline, Ysera's Tears and Captain Edward Hanes' questline starting with Urgent Delivery (which needs A Small Start.)

Because it wasn't listed, the quest giver is Prince Toreth, who is located on the southern part of Wyrmskull Isle, near a lighthouse looking tower.

There is about 1 or 2 in little base just rush in and kill the owlkin than take and so on

If for some reason you're having trouble seeing them (like me... ) turning ground clutter down all the way helps a lot. <ESC> -> Options -> Graphics -> bottom left of main options pane, under "Environment". This also helps with zones like Dustwallow Marsh, where there's a bunch of stuff on the ground everywhere you look.

Restoring Sanctity

Prince Toreth on Wyrmscar Island wants you to recover 8 Dragon Bones.

Description

Not long ago, the once tranquil owlkin of the region appeared on the shores of this island. One by one they would come to steal the bones of the fallen dragons. I do not know what would cause these creatures such distress or why they would want the bones of the deceased, but the spirits of the brood have grown restless due to this sacrilege.

To the west, across the Crimson Reach, you will find Ragefeather Ridge. Venture to the owlkin encampments and recover the pilfered dragon bones.
