The quest doesn't specify, but this is a special instance of Dalaran. Use the portal that's in the Everywhere Inn (where you picked up the quest), don't use your Dalaran hearthstone.

There are invisible walls preventing you from exiting through the doors, but you can run up the stairs and get out of the inn through the balcony. It's just plain old Northrend Dalaran out there, complete and populated, albeit minimally, by levelers. You keep the Time-Displaced Veil buff while in town, but lose it if you leave (fortunately it comes back when you return so you don't have to take the long way back).

I told him to dance because I recall him being fast on his feet in Stonecore and I was not disappointed.

"Okay Millhouse, you go this . Your best dance moves. Here we go."
"Hey Millificent, check out these moves!"
"Oh yeah, Im going!"
"Who's bad? Im bad!"
"Im dancing! Oh yeah!"

Millificent- "Oh, oh wow. I needed that. Okay funny man. you can keep dancing for me."

Moral of the story even if you know your bad at dancing you can still make someone's day, so just dance!

In a fit of experimentation I tried out the fourth option. It reads something like who or what am I, some sort of romance expert now?

He responds, Please! I'm desperate. I'd try anything.

At this point I consider it a nice touch - my Archmage who will eventually have him as a loyal if overly zealous champion, is getting a friendly response out of someone people are well used to hating on.

I chose Try dancing for her because according to the other comments it has the warmest, friendliest result from and for her.
