Appears to be married to Ann Stockton, judging by the same surname, different race and the fact they do the flirt animations time to time, would make them the first cross-racial same-sex married couple in World of Warcraft i believe.

Edit: to those of you claiming Blizzard doesnt dabble in same-sex stuff, you've missed out on some in the past, for example there is a Female Night Elf in dragonblight who makes suggestive emotes to another Female Night Elf every hour or so.

There is also another in Mists of Pandaria, Kama the Beast Tamer who in the new Steamy romance novel apparently has a female life-mate of her own as well.

Probably not a same-sex cross-race married couple. There are multiple Stockton NPCs, including an auctioneer for Horde players in Undercity. The animations are random.

I wonder if she's an in-game representative of a relative of Cory Stockton, the lead content designer for Cataclysm and Mists.

There's a whole bunch of Stocktons all around Azeroth.
The origin of the Stockton family seems to be Lordaeron, since Auctioneer Stockton is an undead auctioneer working in Undercity.
Nathan Stockton is a child who runs around the Trade District of Stormwind and so is Tyler Stockton. It is suspected that these boys are actually the children of Christi Stockton who works as a wine vendor in Dalaran.
There are also Marsha Stockton and Ann Stockton in the Shrine of the Seven Stars in Pandaria. Ann is a female dwarf. It seems that she and Marsha are in a homosexual relationship and got married.

It is possible that Auctioneer Stockton was the husband of Christi Stockton with Tyler and Nathan as their children. Perhaps he didn't survive the outburst of the plague that transformed Lordaeron into the Plaguelands that we know today. It could be possible that the family tried to escape the plague and got separated on their escape. If that is the case Christi could've made it to Dalaran which then was located in the Hillsbrad Foothills.
The interesting thing about Marsha is her clothing. She wears the same robe as Lisan Pierce, Janey Anship, Suzanne (just a darker shade of blue) and Archmage Malin (a red and black version of the robe) who can be seen near the Wizard's Sanctum in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind City nearly at all times.
Christi and Marsha are both somehow related to Dalaran/the Kirin Tor. Perhaps these two made it together on their escape from Lordaeron to Dalaran. Marsha became an apprentice or even a mage of the Kirin Tor while Christi found work as a wine merchant in the city. When decisions where made to transfer Dalaran to Northrend to deal with the threat of Arthas as the Lich King Marsha and other apprentices/mages may have become orders to continue their studies in Stormwind.
Whereever Nathan and Tyler where at that time I don't know but I guess at some point they were sent to the orphanage in Stormwind. Marsha, Tyler and Nathan could've met then in Stormwind but somehow they didn't or otherwise the children would live with their mother by now. Since Marsha can be found in the Shrine of the Seven Stars it's possible that she joined the campaign to Pandaria and then met Ann who she then married.
Christi and Marsha may think they are the only ones of the family who survived the escape from Lordaeron and so do Nathan and Tyler.
