This is the only boss in that area (4 bosses i think) that i cant solo.

This guy's incredibly tough to deal with. I'm playing a level 30 Fury Warrior and I can't solo him to save my life. I get him down to 75% if I'm lucky then get slapped with Conflagration. It's the Conflagration that really kills. By the time it's worn off, I'm at 10%-15% health.

Soloed by lvl 30 mage with hieroloom staff.

What I did was running around one of the destroyed bungalows casting Frostbolt and Arcane Barrage. Main thing to keep in mind is that you shouldn't get in his meele range or he'll kill you in few shots (he hit me for around 180, i had ~950 hp) and he can get to you easily by using Rush of Flame + Conflagration combo which will leave you open to few hits (you can get away with one or two those combos over the course of the fight so use your bandages and healing potions). Fortunately for ranged classes these abilities have only 30 yd range so you should be ok with instants and running around those buildings. What you want is to get the rythm of LoSing him right, rooting and slowing abilities are probably required since he runs a bit faster than you. Just wait behind the corner and as soon as he appears slow/root him and while running cast your damaging instant and get behind another corner.

I got myself hit by conflagration once and manage to get away by casting Frost Nova. Using Blink throughout the fight was also very helpful.

Soloed in my 5th try and was lvl 29 demo warlock. Just sent felguard, cast immolate, corruption and bane of doom and kept healing my demon through the damage. He then stunned my demon making his aggro 0% and came for me. Just run around a house until the demon get normal and chase him and you are fine. If if you get distracted and the demon dies just pop a Soulburn for a instant summon and you are set. Hard fight i guess.

The only one not soloable by a hunter of appriopriate level. He just seems to randomly drop aggro, and as a hunter I understandably suck at melee - and running away doesn't really do much (no, in no way has a pet managed to regain the aggro).

Don't forget Fire Protection Potion exists. They can be a bit of a hassle to obtain as the Small Flame Sac to make them can only be found in Dire Maul now, but if you're stubbornly determined to solo this quest at level (as I was), it might be the only way for some classes.

I just soloed Infernus on my level 25 mage. 695 hp, 1731 mana. No heirlooms, no rings, and no neck piece.

The key is to stay at least 31 yards away to avoid the disorient spell. I was able to do this by speccing into Arcane and using Arcane Barrage to beat him down. I used Improved Blink to make sure that if I fell below the 31 yard mark I was able to move away quickly. Also, blink helps because Infernus does move a little faster than you do unless you have Minor Speed Increase to your boots.

I stood above him, near the stairs, and pulled him up to me. I followed a circle over the bridge, and all the way around the edge of the "pit", and back to over the bridge until Infernus was dead. It's worth mentioning that Infernus will reset if you don't attack him fairly often. I couple of times i had to stop moving until Arcange Barrage was in range, however, make sure Fire Blast is not in range as an Arcane Mage

As a mage, you'll have enough hp to be caught once. just make sure to frost nova and then blink away. If you don't frost nova first, Infernus will probably catch up to you because he'll have a good chance of dazing you when he melees you.

This guy no longer has 5,592 hp. He now has massive 11,184 hp. Hes very hard to solo, if not impossible, without heirlooms for any melee class without CC.

Soloed as 26 enhancment shaman without heirlooms.

Use water shield to regen mana and almost spam-heal yourself.
Keep earth bind out to slow him, always have searing totem out.
When he conflags, he will aggro the searing totem and run for it, leaving you time to heal and avoid his brutal melee hits.

Keep flame shock up etc, spam damage, rinse and repeat.
I used a shield to soften the damage.

Stuck on this one of my feral druid, no heirlooms, lvl 29. I got him down to around 25% and the he kills me right after the Conflagration.

EDIT: Made it after hitting 30, mostly because of Cenarion Ward. :P

Okay, this may sound stupid, but I really want to know if he still drops the first aid book. I know that there is no real need of it, but it's the only first aid recipe that I don't know, so input would be helpful.

Respawn rate is about a minute, for those camping him for something specific.

Was flying by (level 75). This guy got scaled for me to 96k health.
