Solo'ed it as a lvl 22 UD warrior. That was... Uh... Tough.
Bring some bandages, healing pots and use as much as you can Cannibalize (if available obviously xD).
You'll have some time to regen between the waves.
Here's how it went on for me :
1st wave - 2 Naga warriors / 1 Naga witch
2nd wave - 1 Naga warrior / 2 Naga witches
3rd wave - Vorsha

The main difficulty was to kill Vorsha before she kills me because of her high hp pool.
By the way, I don't think that Muglash is linked to the quest objectives, so you can just let him fight against Vorsha (and die) before you engage her.

If you're fast enough, you can split up the packs by engaging the mob that spawns on the east side of the isle. The other one just don't fight at the same time = easier !

Stealthed - let guy tank.
kill 1 by one but DONT let him die
he will fully heal after each wave so u can let him tank. I never even got close to dying :D
only hard thing was actuall boss lol

I did this quest as a level 23 warrior. It was tough, but I found that it is doable after failing twice.

It's very hard to take on all 3 at the same time, I found that it was possible to only fight 2 and than kill the 3rd member of the wave later. Try and charge/intercept the Naga as they get out of the water, before they even reach the island. You *need* to bandage or eat inbetween the waves, so make sure you have some of that.

Vorsha herself is rather simple. I popp'd Retaliation, I only had 1/4 health but I wound up (nearly) killing her, as I died but the NPC took her out. I suggest a group or you're going to die a few times.

This is really easy for anyone to do. If your a hunter or a warlock then just solo it and ignore the escort person. If your anybody else just let him die and then take it. Another thing i found is that he dropped for me http://www.wowhead.com/?item=12989#dropped-by which it doesn't have listed under drops fyi.

As a level 24 mage, this is Easy. Just Frost Nova'ed and then Arcane explosioned down each wave, then Evocation back to full mana and Vorsha was easy, but he Hits quite high on cloth so watch out.

If you're a mage i found this quite easy. Sheep the warrior and just use frost ward to withstand the frostbolts. I easily did this with easy crowd control. I was a fire mage and level 22.

Vorsha the Lasher might Lash you, which will cause you a 1 second stun and possibly a 5 second Disarm. She also has Thrash, which gives her 2 extra attacks.

The trick for Vorsha the Lasher is to let the mob do the hard work. Vorsha is a level 22 mob and has ~1100 health, Muglash is a level 25 mob and has ~710 health.

Muglash can smack all the waves almost alone, but you need to give him a hand a little. First, let Muglash get the agro though! Start the event, walk back so that the naga will attack him first, then target the target Muglash is fighting by pressing him and F (unless you have it macroed to do something else)

Then just do this on the 2 waves before Vorsha and you should be fine.

Even if you fail this quest, make sure varsha is dead. Then quickly run back and restart; the npc will get there in time to get credit for seeing varsha die (all he needs is the corpse around him). You'll get credit and complete the quest.

Easily soloed this as a level 24 priest. Nothing special or extraordinary about the fight.

Soloed it with a 21 hunter and didnt let Muglash die. It was pretty easy for me.

Soloed as a 20 Assassination rogue. Just stealth, let the guy take the aggro, wham-bam, thank you ma'am.

This quest seems bugged. I accept the quest but before I can get to Vorsha it just automatically fails? Really strange have tried a few times now same result...

Just an FYI,
If the quest seems to automatically fail, it's probably because you are not realizing that the quest giver is coming, too, and just taking off. You have to follow him to the island. If you run too far ahead of him, the quest will fail.

As of 6.0 this guy is tamable. You do not need to be a beastmaster to tame him.

Just tamed her, it was easy with two accounts, i took my horde mage and started the quest, walked the guy over to the place where my ally hunter was waiting, then used my hunter to start the quest and tame the hyrda, she looks hecka awesome, totally worth the effort

I just tamed Vorsha on a level 24 Horde toon and thought I'd post my experience for anyone else looking to do the same.

Once Vorsha makes her appearance, Muglash will start attacking her, interrupting any attempt at a tame. Just let Muglash get aggro and die, and then you can start taming again. There's a possibility that Vorsha will do a knockdown attack -- this happened to me, so I had to start taming a third time. Finally got it done with a minimal amount of health.

Very cool that these critters are finally tameable. Good luck!

Horde players can summon her by accepting the quest Vorsha the Lasher from Muglash at Zoram'gar Outpost in Ashenvale. There are no prerequisites, but if you have done the quest already, even if you did it before the Cataclysm revamp, you obviously won't get the quest from Muglash again, so be sure to take a fellow Hordie along who has never done that quest, if you want to tame her.

Just did it today as a L30 Destro Warlock. I was hitting the "Failed" signal but finally learned here that you have to bring Muglash along. I had no problems with her supporters or with her. I used my basic rotation: Havoc, Incinerate, Immolate, Conflagrate, Channel Demonfire (if CD is still refilling, just use the other 3 attack spells in reverse order then back up again. Took me longer to walk there with Muglash than it did to win the fight.
