Basically, these are gotten by using a Burden of Eternity Burden of Eternity on a Timeless Curio Timeless Curio, both of which are acquired on the Timeless Isle Timeless Isle. I'm really not a fan of trinkets that don't have static effects. That said, we'll see how these go. Already some specs' DPS is lumpy because of tons of proc effects.What's up with agility and intellect DPS not getting a static primary stat trink? The others do. I'm not counting the timeless ones, because those aren't really relevant.
Minor typo you put some reduce the cooldown recovery rate on major abilitiesIt should be increase - reducing recovery rate would make the cooldown longer :)

I wish we could reforge proc abilities.For bears, dodge and mastery aren´t that good, but that is all we are getting on our trinkets.But there are a lot of things I see that are already going to seem OP. For instance, with the 4pc bear set, barkskin becomes a very powerful button to push. Reducing it´s CD with a trinket is just amazing.
