Am I the only person who's underwhelmed by this? I did all the quests yesterday and the weekly for the brawler's gloves, I'll do the weekly again today for the pet and be done. It might have been nice if the latent gear was a half-step above what you can get from old valor rewards or LFR. Something similar to the Lion's Landing quests, dailies and items, but not quite as involved (annoying) as Crusader's Landing. It just seems a shame they put so much time and thought into such an important (lore-wise anyway) storyline and then only have a few days worth of play. Even the Skyguard quests from BC were more involved, and kept you coming back day after day.
I can't look at that comic like a normal person, have seen too much of anime -.-
That really depends on the enchantment that is placed on the item. I do not know if there is a restriction that prevents "useless" stats to be slapped onto an item.I made a cap yesterday for my hunter and got Expertise and to hit, I will need to reforge that, but the primary stats are ok.
Didn't see it anywhere else so I thought it worth mentioning that the "Hordebreaker" title is unfortunately NOT account wide but limited to the toon that earned it :<
It has been updated so that now commanders don't tag to a faction, if the Horde attacks one the Alliance can attack it and loot it, and vice versa...
Everyone saying it's gear ilvl restricted, it's not. I leveled up a warlock from 80 to 90 after the patch and she only had a 440+ ilvl from quest/instance blues and a couple of greens and was able to do it. Also, because I'm on a PvE server, I've noticed some Alliance players flagged and yellow named to me, but none of my AoE's actually flagged me if they hit them. Thought it would have flagged me for sure when I accidentally popped one, now I just go all out on those commanders and not worry about it. Also, stats on the items seem to stem from whatever spec you're in. I haven't tried it on a healer, but willing to bet you'd get spirit as one of the random enchants.Edit: Just tried it on my Pally. First attempt as Ret got me strength with hit pants. In Prot spec got shoulders with dodge as the random.
And here it is over a week later and this BUG still has to be addressed.... AND they know a bout it!Argh, that was supposed to be a REPLY to a post! It's about the overturned caravan spam in chat with NO indication where the frak it's located. Realistically meaning killing Commanders is the ONLY half way decent way to gather supplies (killing mobs for 1 by 1, or finding containers with one each is NOT the way to do it).
colour seeing affects my Epilepsy it needs toning down
I'm glad I bookmarked this page...
Regarding the commanders, it looks like each 'type' of commander gives a different bonus to a specific resource. I've consistently gotten more oil from the goblins, more meat from the warriors, more lumber from the rogues, and more stone from the shamans. Can anyone confirm?
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but a greedy little gnome called Gleep Chatterswitch (at 7 stars, top level, outside, 86, 60) will sell you a portal to Ratchet for 10g.
For this, I have a proper name. One, that many WoW player know first-hand, but never admit: "Stupid pride"."What, party? Why? I can do it solo just fine!"... So do I. Now, it's like 3 times faster duo. And the bigger the party, the more fun it is.Yet, "LFG daily" - silence... Because, "why party? I can do it solo"...
Having trouble getting ANY Radical Mojo at all.... :'(
I can't pick up the quest!
