A majority of players only want to be in there to clean out the bosses. The rest of them treat it as a joke. Very few go into LFR anymore for 'serious' fun; those types seem to run it once to see the story then go back to whatever else they enjoy in the game. Saw it in Dragon Soul LFR a lot.
Still, I just don't think failure should be rewarded, you should beat it because you learned to overcome the challenge, not because you failed enough times for it to become easy enough for you to beat it, it encourages a player to never improve, because they can fail and still succeed.Ya, and trust me bro' I agree with you, but what I'm saying is that failure in LFR is almost never due to failure, or due to lack of skill. Its often due to things that are beyond your control. Such as too many AFKs and DCs and things that are beyond your control. This buff helps speed up the next attempt so that you don't waste too much time on what is basically a tutorial to raids. What about those of us who do LFR because we enjoy doing it? We don't wanna just "get it over with" we want an enjoyable experience whenever we que up, and this change could harm the quality of LFR experiences.I think Blizzard is trying to push normal raiding forward and LFR back
I don't PvP but, in PvE, if you're having trouble with mana as an arcane mage, you aren't doing the rotation right. There's no burn phase anymore. My mage is usually in the top 4 dps for most 25-man raids.
Give DK's a /kill button already!
Inb4 dedicated LFR leaders going naked and sacrificing themselves multiple times to make sure the boss goes down not only for sure, but also considerably faster than normal.

No more rune of power wanking, it has 25% less manaregen. 50% more damage at 4 stacks, along with 150% more manacost - means you no longer can just do "proper" rotation. You are back to "only good for: NUKE THE STUFF IN 20 seconds".

This is going to require a lot of the actual raid wiping and will require a damage threshold before it kicks in.ie.. 10 players must die and the boss must get below 90% health before the raid gets a 5% boost. By the time you get the boss below 90%, the amount of time you ´save´ by having the 5% boost has already been wasted. Probably the first week there will be a moron or two that think it will work, the rest of us will stay out of range and say ´have at it´ and then laugh at them.In all honesty, I read these comments and I wonder if people here actually do LFR or just like to complain. I do LFR on two characters ( heal all bosses on one, usually dps 7 bosses on the other). I have recount and I have never seen someone AFK through it. Usually there are a handful that are doing like 30k which is either a well-geared player slacking or else a person with the minimum gear. I heal as a disc priest using almost only atonement (I dps) and I get a kick out of trying to beat some of the dps on the charts, and I rarely do, but usually get close. Are people pre-potting (or potting at all), of course not, and most people probably aren´t using their cds or trying to time them, but for a few months no, probably 200 boss kills, I have never seen someone at least not do their basic dps rotation and have 25k dps. Also, besides Galaron for those 2 weeks, I have never wiped on boss more than once, and even that almost never happens and usually is caused by someone pulling the boss by mistake or a tank dcs. I have even seen crap like the tank getting one-shotted on spirit kings on the initial pull and the raid still not wiping.

Saw it in Dragon Soul LFR a lot.LFR is exactly like doing a heroic dungeon. It has the same difficulty and it feels the same. Yes, most people are there to clear it as fast as possible either for VP or loot.I am not sure why anyone would go in there as a ´joke´ though. I don´t do normal raiding at all, but on my main, I stopped needing LFR gear long ago. Also the VP gained by stomping heroic dungeons is much faster than doing LFR. (with the added bonus if you tank or heal you can sometimes get the satchels).
LFRs I've seen are healed by 3-4 people max and DPSed by 12-13 plus the tanks (assuming both tanks know what to do and don't cause wipes), the other 'DPSers' do less dmg than me on healing spec. This week I've been on a raid that wiped 3 times on Tsulong at 85%, needless to say at least 10 of us left
tush you don't read very well we get buffed not nurfed and if u have a mana issue try not spaming arcane blast so much and learn how to play the spec we do use more then 2 buttons you should try them
I knew they'd buff that Nat Pagle rep- that's why I didn't work on fishing those up right away. Also, up to +50% health, DPS and Heals if you keep wiping on LFR. That seems slightly excessive. Why does Blizz feel that all aspects of the game should be easy for everyone. To nerf Nat Pagle after other people had to break their own necks to get it is insulting. LFR is simply too easy as it is and should only award valor, not legendaries or gear of any kind. I grow tired of the constant diluting of the games exclusivity for the benefit of the 'casual' crowd. A casual player shouldnt expect the best gear or titles or anything other than the work they are willing to put into something. Whats next? The 'Insane' title for clearing gnomergon? Legendary weapons for logging in? Time and effort should count for something. Here Here! and i am not the hard core raider that alot of ppl i know are..but i think Blizz sells the hard working tetotaler player short when they make it easy for everyone else...I would like to get there soon..but those who have already..Deserve better gear and better weapons....i have not earned them by doing LFR when they have actually done raids..spent Hours and Days on them for me to get the same gear is horrific in my opinion.... knowing that they dont get better gear than i do ...is not just bad..but wrong....just sayin
My gripes are that I really do despise doing dailies. Rep gain is way too low! There also should be an alternate route to rep just like we had in lich king with tabards. Dungeon finder was always quicker to get into that way and I'd rather get the gear gold mats and rep running dungeons than dailies. I have multiple characters and they really should make the rep, account linked anstead of 100% tokens. And for gods sake can't blizz come close to equalizing dps through all classes and builds for gods sake. If you look at Noxxics site their graph has a 25k dps difference from the #1 arcane to the bottom on simcraft. Spriests, Eshams, Moons, Ret have been handcuffed. Easy fix is boosting basic spells by 15% for bottom 8 then maybe like 8% for the middle. I am happy I love playing my lock again!
