Today's class preview covers
Death Knight
. Tier armor was changed slightly since we last previewed it, and there are several mechanics changes and additions, such as a 1 sec base GCD and
. There are also some fun cosmetic glyphs and Corpse Explosion is back.

Charred Glyph
, minor glyph: When used outside of combat, your Horn of Winter ability causes a brief, localized snow flurry.
Glyph of the Geist
, minor glyph: Your Raise Dead spell summons a geist instead of a ghoul.
Death Siphon
, level 60 talent: Deal 4612 to 5359 Shadowfrost damage to an enemy, healing the Death Knight for 100% of damage dealt.
Glyph of Foul Menagerie
: Causes your Army of the Dead spell to summon an assortment of undead minions.
Death Siphon
:
(Level 60 talent, 40 yd range, Instant)
Deals Shadowfrost damage to an enemy, healing the Death Knight for 75% of damage dealt.
Unholy Blight
:
(Level 15 talent, 1.5 min cd)
A vile swarm of unholy insects surrounds the caster for a 10 yard radius. All enemies caught in the swarm take 860 damage per sec and are plagued with a disease that can stack up to 3 times. Lasts for 1 sec per 10 runic power.
: Strikes an enemy for 100% weapon damage and afflicts the target with Soul Reaper. After 5 sec, if the target is below 35% health, this effect will deal 46114 to 53590 additional Shadow damage. If the enemy dies before this effect triggers, the Death Knight gains 50% haste for 10 sec.
Level 87 class ability:
. Deals heavy Shadow damage if the target is below 35% health upon expiration. If the target dies while this effect is present, the Death Knight gains 50% haste for 10 sec.
Control Undead
: Dominates the target undead creature, forcing it to do your bidding. While controlled, the time between the undead minion's attacks is increased by 30% and its casting speed is slowed by 20%. Lasts up to 5 min.
The base GCD is now 1 second. Formerly, this was attainable only with the old
Death's Advance
.

Blood Changes

has been greatly reworked. It increases the healing and minimum healing done of
Death Strike
now.
Death Pact
is now a talent and somewhat buffed. Drain vitality from an undead minion, healing the Death Knight for 50% of his maximum health and causing the minion to suffer damage equal to 50% of its maximum health.
Frost Changes
:
increases Runic Power generation by 20%, and reducing the duration of effects that remove control of your character by 20%. Improved Frost Presence also reduces the cost of Frost Strike by 15 Runic Power.
Might of the Frozen Wastes
now also increases the damage of Obliterate by a significant amount.
now also increases the damage of Frost Strike by a significant amount.
Unholy Changes

Like Mages, I kinda feel like DKs got the shaft in tier/challenge mode sets this tier.
Yeah.... you're not the only one.
Looking at this preview and comparing it to the other classes, and considering our talents, looks like DK's got the shaft in general for this expansion.
Just seems like Blizzard looked at the old T10 paladin set and re-skinned it:
Shoulders are a very similar model

Almost seems like DK's were a bit of an afterthought. They did a great job revamping the "older" classes.... but really didn't do much for DK's.
