Nice healing bonuses, the 4 set healing bonus on druid are kinda freeky, 2%? Think they will update this, also, does anyone know if it's a passive 15% damage bonus for hunters? These are all very low proc chances though.. Warlocks.. OFC the will be getting haste since it's getting buffed in 3.3 (allowing DoTs to tick faster). The 4 set bonus on DKs is also interesting.
4 piece bonus - The cooldown on your Lava Burst ability is reduced by 15 seconds. This has been corrected to 1.5 seconds.One thing which i find odd is that Druid, Paladins and Warrior gain AoE and single target threat boosts, and DK's doesn't.However this set bonus might lead DKs into using DnD as a part of their single target rotation. Seems like that's the direction Blizzard want DKs to go

Woo we get 1 more crit every 2 minutes... That's kinda useful (/sarcasm). 4 piece is even worse for 1 simple reason: Holy Shock causes the gcd. At best it'd add ~200 hps while the T9 4 piece adds ~1000 hps already. Seems to be trying to push everyone back to the HL spam we did before the illumination nerf.Edit: They seem to have changed the 2 piece bonus. It is now, "While your Divine Illumination talent is active, your healing spells are increased by 35%." Much, much better than 1 extra crit every 2 minutes. This, combined with wings, will effectively cancel out the healing reduction of Divine Plea.
The 2 PC for prot warriors is decent... I'd actually prefer a buff on Thunderclap damage instead of Shockwave.

There is not currently any equivalent thread on the EU forums for set bonus feedback (which, y'know, is pretty sucktastic). However, some unofficial ones have been set up:DPSTanking (sort of. The 4 piece set bonus for protection warriors isn't really the best. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's ok-ay, but unless it's improved more in one way or another, it's too weak for me to honestly say it would be beneficial.

All tanks are getting another trinket basically on low cooldown abilities they don't use that often, and they are all on a 1min CD.However the difference in the bonus gained from the different 4pcs makes me wonder.12% less damage for 10sec for Bears and DK's12% dodge for 10sec for PaladinsAbsorb damage equal to 20% of maximum health for Warriors.Seems to be they are pushing the different tanks in certain directions. Though i honestly would have imagined the health absorb bonus for druids and not warriors.
i hope they change the Rogue set bonuses.. they are TERRIBLE

Personally, I'm disappointed with the Paladin 2pc. We'll have seen this bonus for the third time this expansion. Can they really not be more imaginative? My suggestion in the thread was a sort of mini-ShoR to your target if you're in melee range when you HS. Think 30% of your BV as damage when you activate/refresh HS. I just think seeing the same set bonus for the third time is extremely weak.

It it was a glyph, it would be the one selling for 25 silver in the AH. Divine favor is something we take because we HAVE TO to get holy shock. End game T-10 ... a single forced crit isn't going to matter to anyone except people with macros who have holy shock trying to proc it first when not on cooldown. I think BLizz realized this was a dying talent and is trying to breathe life into it .. but when they nerfed crit mana returns, they killed off the usefulness of this spell. For healing output, 1 crit a minute.. when you already crit several times per minute isn't worth a button click.If they are trying to force it's use before holy shock, then they just need to make holy shock a 2 point talent and fold the spell into it.

The 2 piece bonus, though, is utterly useless. The times I've had a use for TotT when I'm not at 100% energy could probably be counted on one hand. Other than using it during trash pulls, along with FoK, so dps can start to aoe sooner, I can't think of times I've used it other than at the start of a boss fight. I suppose it could be worked into rotation for a little energy boost, and tank dps boost. It seems with each new tier, my concern for getting set items drops more and more.

Seeing that we only activate Divine Plea once prior to a fight and it automatically refreshing constantly when we hit a target; this is a very poor ability in my opinion. Worse than some of the previous 4 piece set bonuses we have had. :(I'd rather keep the 30 seconds reduced cd on my bubble shield as I view the T9 bonus as much more useful.Aveneo
