Sounds sad but i met my current girlfriend through WoW and she has moved to ireland from australia to be with me. So i must say that my most epic loot from WoW is her, not that she is a possession(if she thinks that i'll be in big trouble lol).
My epicest drop was when I got the Helm of Natural Regeneration off of Jan'alai. I'd been wanting that piece ever since 2.3 came out, got it 5 months later.
My most Phat Lewt gotta be the Amani War Bear since I'm a big fan o' bears! I even have a koala on my bed!
My greatest epic drop was the Claw of the Black drake from Blackwing Lair. It was my first time in the instance and the first epic piece of equipment that my rogue, Spathi, ever wore. Only Spathi and a warrior in the guild were up for the drop and I beat out his roll by a small margin. Spathi still uses the claw even now in Outland.
So I was out leveling my fishing in Azshara last week and I was pretty much on auto-pilot - I had auto-looting on and I was listening to music, kinda spacing out. Every now and again a naga would get close enough to aggro and I'd have to switch over to my axe and take care of business. At one point after dealing with a stray naga I happened to glance over at my information pane and notice something...purple.Wall of the Dead. Wall of the freaking Dead off a 52 naga in the middle of nowhere.Other people work hours, days, or weeks for phat lewtz. I get mine off of random gray world mobs without breaking a sweat.
The most Epic item I have ever received has to have been the Arcanite Ripper out of Kara, may sound lame, but as a casual player I don't get to raid often with my guild or anyone for that matter. When Hollows end began I heard about the axe, the use effect is awesome, but it was actually an upgrade from what I was currently using. I ran Kara every week of Hollows end, constantly being out rolled by people in my guild who wanted it for the visual sweetness. The last week rolled around still no axe. I jumped into a group again taking out the boss with ease. 4 of us rolled on the axe, the rolls ended up being 97,98,99,100 with me rolling the 100. Epic
