Everything's fine with me. Pandaren? Like it. Garrosh dies? love it. Classic post expansion goodies? love them. But Varian becomes a hero? The one who wanted the war in the first place becomes a hero? The one who will not rest until every orc kid, woman and old man is dead or in the stockade becomes a hero? The one who has been willing to sacrifice every chance at peace for a personal revenge (not vengeance), even if the offending party is no longer alive, becomes a hero? The one who is just waiting for the chance to finally tear out the arm of his own son becomes a hero? No. The delicious bread that this expansion was becoming just fell to the ground, buttered side down!Thrall and Bolvar, they understood honor and were willing to sacrifice pride to give peace a chance. Those other two? Their deffinition of honor is simply "not losing". This killed everything for me.
Indeed, who will be the next warchief?Take a look at the choices;Thrall - I just can't see him coming back to that postion. He's grown beyond the post and besides is a family man now.Baine - Hasn't been at his postion long enough to really warrant him becoming the new leader but a possibility.Sylvanas - Much more intelligent and devious than Garrosh ever thought of being and possibly an even greater internal threat to the horde.Saurfang - A decent choice for leader of the Orcs, but a bit long in the tooth for warchief.Vol'jin - The most logical choice, as he consistantly opposed Garrosh for the greater good of the horde.A surprise choice could be the newly appointed warlord of the Dragonmaw, Zaela
So... We get Farmville, Pokemon, panda bears, and we have to kill Orgrimmar's current leader as a final boss in the whole expansion (and I don't care whether he's evil or not. That is the most uncreative BS idea I've ever heard). Every raid is going to be available in RF, meaning that there will be little incentive to find a raiding guild, and since Cata's raids were painfully, pitifully easy, I imagine the new raids are just as pussified. It looks to me like they're appealing to the super-casual vanity players, and focusing less on actual game quality. PvPers and PvEers are going to only have a sliver of difference between them (what's the %^&*ing point?) because everyone will have resilience, and everyone will have access to either type of gear, and the talent trees are garbage.
Maybe I'm just a nerd, but I like to know how the stories of characters end, and as such the thing that excited me most was"Lillian Voss is now in the room full of skeletons being raised. She is here for revenge against Darkmaster Gandling, who is taunting her."
Garrosh is going down, AND Bubble-hearth is back? I... I just... I dont have the words... I need a minut...
I'm okay with being grounded as long as there's some Tome of Cold Weather Flying type thing for alts.
Questions about Flying Serpent Kick, does the "travelling" effect last forever? Does this effect make you immune to slows and roots? Also with Touch of Death, does the health limit scale with max health or current health?
But having a flyer earlier would have made the later quests in Blades Edge Mountain, Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley all 1000% easier, since you weren't trekking through endless streams of mobs. But yeah, we've seen them where they didn't change it from level cap till an expansion later.
