imo the restrictions are good and fine, we had no dual specs before, and now we'll have the chance to change it without the cost of 50g per time, imo it's worth it, so maybe you wont have a scribe by you all the time, hit a cap city, with the amount of ways to do so now it's really not that difficult. the high level only thing just means it's another thing to look forward to at 80, and even at lower levels, it would be inaccessible due to cost, unless the cost is reasonable even at 80. and if the cost scales, well that would just be dumb. All in all i think it's fine, awful restrictions would be like a week long CD, or even a day long CD, at least it only requires a scribe =D
Actually, I couldn't care less about the restrictions on it, or w/e else people like or don't like. What I like most about this is that it will pull all the loot^&*!@s out of the woodwork so they can all get gkicked like they should.
*sigh* where to begin...1st. Love the dual spec. idea. Love it! It'll really be great to be able to change my classes play style easily.2nd. Umm... Come on Bliz. You're really getting infamous for putting in abstract conditionals for little reason, making useful or fun things not useful and less fun. Lexicon of Power is required? Why? What purpose would this serve? Oh, you can buy one from an inscriber? Ok! Give them some use (not that they don't have any). What, what? You need multiple people to summon it? Come on. What's the point of that? Again with silly restrictions on things that negatively effect one's game experiance but has no outcome on game balance.3rd. Love the changes for Hunters. Being able to switch pets outside of stables? Awesome! What? A long cooldown? What's the point? Come on. Again with the useless restrictions, making it more of a chore than a pleasure to play a class. There's no game imbalance to having no/short cooldown. As long as you can't do it in combat makes sense or if you're pets not dead. Right now, a Hunter *could* easily get a mage port to a city, hit the stables and summoned back via stone/warlock. The possibility is already in the game to do this, so it's clearly not a balance issue or it'd already be exploited over the past few years. Same thing goes for summoning. Why require 2 or 3 people? There's no reason. Allow anyone at a stone to summon other party members by themselves. Allow warlocks to summon anyone by themselves or to summon a "cookie jar" by themselves so they don't have to deal with someone clicking and moving and breaking the ritual.4th. Love the gear manager idea. I'll love it more if it allows you to keep the gear out of your inventory bags. And if it includes a "tabard manager" to keep the tabards we have as well, and easily switch for rep gains. All in all, I love the changes and the progress... but seriously, enough with the pointless restrictions on things as described above or for "fun" trinkets like world enlarger. Allow everyone to enjoy their classes with more ease.Keep up the good work on improving things.
I honestly think they should give this functionality to lvl 60+ players since lvl 60 is when you get to start raiding.
Don't remove the talent calculator please. It's fine to spec ones in a while, while being offline.Edit: This talent calculator will also react much more fast than the one in WoW, another reason to keep WoWhead-talent calculator. :)It's relaxing to me. :)I support this 100%. It's hard to be a Resto Shaman, and having to respec every time I have to do some solo stuff, like Quests for achievements.Just hope the price won't be too high, or else it might not be worth it. (If you think short-term of cause, which many does since they don't have cash for long-term)
At last not giving 100g everyday for pvp->pve respecc...:)
