You're a little late here, people have been doing this since RAF was introduced.

People have been multi-boxing since launch, the day RAF came out it just got easier >.<
Its actually quite a profitable experience; because recruiting a friend (who in turn pays to play) you get a month of free play time you can recruit yourself with only a $5 loss (assuming they pay a full $20 for the game... I think they still have to, not completely sure though). You can then proceed to RAF level yourself, and transfer charcter over. Cancel the other account, and viola! In a week you have leveled two characters that would have taken a couple of months otherwise.
While you are at it, you might as well create a character on the other faction (if you are on a PvP server) and buy a crapton of non-combat pets... 'Sploit the Neutral AH, transfer them to your *original faction* banker... Save em for a rainy day, ya know?
Overall cost (assuming 1 month of play): $10 per character transferred, $5 per extra account made.
Overall Gain: Incredibly fast leveling to 60, dual boxing capability, ability to buy other-faction pets cheaply.

Or...
You could recruit a freind...
I believe you have honest intentions, but this post comes rather close to trolling.
I am available at odd hours of the day due to classes - my friends are not.
I can stand playing for long periods of time - my friends do not.
I am experienced at this game and know how most classes function - my friends do not.
I enjoy grinding and repetitive instance running - my friends do not.
Long story short, what would you rather have... A casual friend who is not always there, or a clone of yourself who follows you around and is under your direct control? Friends are great, but sometimes its more convenient to do things on your own ;)
