no cap for spirit. though, for raiding, it may be better to make sure you have enough spirit to fill your mana bar from full in one innervate and then go for int>spi
ready for naxx depends on other healers. you could provide useful healing with 1300 but you wouldn't want to go with just 2 healers who're both at that level.

The cap for spirit is "when i don't go OOM, i have enough".

I'm running at about 1050-1100 spirit, depending on which trinket I use, self-buffed. This fills my mana with one innervate, and then some, as well as provides a very nice non-casting regeneration. At this point, I'm looking to get raw mp5, as well as a bigger mana pool along with increasing my spell power at the same time.

Spirit is always > mp5 for druids. We have so many talents that revolvearound spirit. Do not forget to get soem int though to make each point of spirit stronger. At 1100 int, we are up to 0.9 mp5 ooc per spirit. Almost to the point wew ere in in BC.

Thos are two completely differnt item levels, you cannot creally compare 213 to 226. I too would have taken it as it is 3 less mp5 for 10 int and 19 sp after spirit is converted. If though you had a chance to take 10mp5 from spirit against 10mp5, the spirit is always greater.

i'm surprised no one has mentioned replenishment yet.
blizz have said recently that they consider it mandatory for progression and it is very powerful. it's a little more difficult to see on your character sheet but stacking int makes replenishment very good.
