Ok, lets talk about this shall we.
Reflective Shield last time i was in PvP does not break CC. It was changed many moons ago to not do it. Take it, it's a huge boon to your offensive and defensive capabilities. In terms of spec,
try this.
This build offers a lot of defensive talent points to maximize your survivabilty in relation to
Focused Will
and
Blessed Recovery
.
It also offers
healing through utility
which can be a considerable heal when used on targets with high stamina values.
Glyph of Pain Suppression
is a must as you will be targeted by stealthed players to be burnt down.
1/3 Divine Aegis
is dispel fodder, chances are you won't be getting frequent crit's and since it can be dispelled, it makes 3/3 a waste of points if you come up against a comp that knows it.
I usually don't take power infusion and pop a point into
Improved Flash Heal.
That, of course, is a play style choice and is up to you.
Hope that helps. It's a good spec for both Arena and BG's.

I really did just LOL. Ha! Minivolt: The Legend Continues.
Either way, I find it interesting how many PVP questions we're getting suddenly. Are we already that bored of the new content? Or maybe people just like to sip their hot Cocoa and smash some heads in for the Holiday season?
I don't PVP, but the rules are pretty simple when it comes to Specing:
Get the talents that keep you alive
Get the talents that keep those around you alive
Get the talents that hurt the bad guys better, faster, and more efficiently
That being said, I really do like Karl's spec overall.

I guess no one noticed the insane necro on this?

I was LOLing the whole way down, knowing full well what happened here.
Opening the first talent build, and it not displaying properly, was the big giveaway.

It certainly doesn't hurt to update without creating new threads. I was, admittedly, bamboozled.
