It has come to the point where I want to play as efficiently as possible, I don't like using the keyboard and I've been using the nostromo for nearly a year.
For those who don't know what it is, it is this.

http://longtrance.files.wordpress.com/2008/03/nostromo-n52.jpgNow, my problem is that I've run out of buttons, I've resorted to putting spells I use on my task bar but I have to click on them which can be very annoying if I slip and I'm trying to used enraged regeneration or something but instead its flying all over the screen.
Here is a screenshot of what my interface looks like.
http://i44.tinypic.com/sxorqf.jpgAs you can see on the bottom right are spells that I must click, I'd prefer to be able to use the N52.
Here is how my keys are mapped.

I've been using a Nostromo to play WoW since launch. First the old N52, then the N52te, now the Razer Nostromo.
I cannot stress enough using the dpad for movement in conjunction with mouse turning. The mobility you gain is far superior to any key steering method. Strafing is absolutely key for tactics like Kiting, as you move as fast strafing as moving forward. Coupled w mouse turning, this allows circling a target while facing them, or running left while instant casting at targets on your right.
If you are using the n52te, you will need to disable the diagonals in the profile editor, and the dpad will behave as expected. The new Nostromo behaves fine out of the box.
Next, use several keys on the n52 for modifiers, as this multiplies the available keybinds. I use shift, ctrl, and alt on b01, b06, and b11. This allows for controlling up to 5 actionabars worth of bindings. Also, the modifiers can be used against the dpad, scrollwheel, and mousebuttons.
With this arrangement, any 5+ button mouse is sufficient.
