It's around 32,21, or north west of Axxarien, in the water. Should be a big elemental in the area.

If you do an "explore <zone>" search, on all the ones I've checked there is a nice green post saying the exact coords that you can go to, to get the area discovered. Check those out the next time you get stuck.
