Currently, Blacksmithing is undoubtedly the worst profession you could take for a warrior. The end game items are absolutely horrible. Engineering is vastly more useful than Blacksmithing every will be. Skinning isn't a bad choice since as a warrior (tank or dps), you'll be at the feet of something to skin.
Another great combo is Herbalism/Alchemy.

im sorry, WHAT? what on earth does that have to do with this topic?
on topic: i agree with cms2k, mining and smithing are terrible while leveling, though some of the endgame weapon series are nice. i dropped it at level 30 for alchemy and havent looked back, so id go with alchemy, thanks to the lack of poison removal and heals that warriors get.

Look at the two posts before mine, look at when they were posted. This topic was the better part of a year old, and then got bumped. The act of bumping a really old topic (like this one) is called necromancy. Something that is normally frowned upon. Not that anyone else seems to care here.

Blacksmthing is good for u as a second profession with minig for ur human lvl 7 u can make armors and weapons for ur self
