there is no particular rotation as such anyway, rotation changes on procs ect. you are never going to achieve a maximum output of dps/heals unless you change rotation to fit in with proc/buff/debuff.
Well, it
is possible to achieve a near-perfect rotation computationally. It's just against the rules.
Foxlit really surprised me when he asserted that he could devise an addon that would perform your rotation for you, which is supposed to be impossible. I challenged that he could not, and he actually made good on his claim by releasing a fully functional proof of concept. He did it entirely within the confines of the secure system used by addons (due to an oversight in that system). But it was
still against the rules.
I'm not going to link it here. I'm pretty sure Blizzard has already made the necessary fixes to break it, but I'm not positive, so linking a working proof of concept would be promoting botting. (Though it has been taken off all the WoW addon sites because of obvious violation of terms.)
Edit: Somebody confirmed that it
has been fixed, and the addon can no longer function. So here's a link to it if you're curious:

are ways to circumvent the limitations of the system. Most gaming mouses and keyboards have built-in macro features that can circumvent limitations. Even though these pieces of software are legitimate in their own right, their usage within the context of WoW is not.
