Greetings everyone
So my help isn't a traditional one that people normally complain about.
So in reality I don't have a main. I have 5 90s a few 85s from Cataclysm that just haven't had the interest to get to 90. I don't have enough playtime during the week to get everyone capped and LFRed and god knows what else that we daily need to do now.
So in reality I know and you know that there is extremely little point in me being on other characters as they will never be able to as
elite or
un-nooby.
Now the problem; during my time on WoW I've been a little bit of everything.
My History as a player
- Started playing: 22/09/2007
- Slowly but surely as we all do I got my main character to level 70 no I wasn't around in vanilla :(. I played a Mage. The name was Littlepie on Darkmoon Faire. Raided as a Frost Mage (I know right!) before changing to fire for the later part.
- During this time I slowly but surely got my Druid up. I had a great time switching every few levels between feral (no guardian back then folks!) and restoraion. Her name was Gurtrew on Darkmoon Faire.
- Skip to WOTLK and you see my loose interest in myMage slowly but surely but my lovely Druid was getting closer and closer to the main character. Lovely I thought! So i then finally get to Level 80 (Legacy) with my Druid during the great time of Ulduar.
- I start raiding as a restoration Druid with a tanky offspec that gets used only when I really want to push the limits farming heroics.
- Problem Time!. RAF. I received far to many characters to level 60. Extremely fun and amazing time but lead to a great many of alts to high level.
- I got myPriest to Level 80 (Legacy) during ICC but at that point I was healing 25 heroic as a druid, raiding casually on a mage and then she just kinda did nothing.
- When the Cataclysm happened I moved to the then top raiding guild on the server as a healer but failed my trial. (I lost the love of restoration healing and to this day still can't play it anymore). At this point I got a Death Knight to max! Woop! Blood spec and made my first transfer to a different server as a 25 man tank. Loved it! However as I didn't fit in with the guild I left.
- I then went on to my priest who started DPSing during the first day of Firelands.
- During this time I went Disco for a while.
- Joined a new guild for some proper progression and they wanted a paladin; long story short I had a paladin who I was awful at.
- I then went to my Druid as a Tank.
- Then to Dragon Soul I went through a rotisserie of Druid Tank, Disco Priest, Shadow Priest and a very casual Shaman however as the LFR made it possible and it was a very long expansion I got to spread the time and love around.
- Since MoP I started as a Shaman who had to quit due to RL commitments (Dam this working 50 hour weeks!) to a Priest going from shadow to disco and back more times then most normal people change there underwear, to a monk, to a dk to a god knows what else!
Quick Exp:
I've played competitively during the expansion as well as classed as my main:
BC: Frost Mage -> Fire Mage
WOTLK: Restoration/FeralTank Druid, Arcane Mage, Disco Priest and Frost(Tank) Death knight.
Cata: Druid Restoration, Blood DK, Shadow Priest, Disco Priest, Shadow Priest, Feral Druid Tank, Elemental Shaman, Mage, Holy Paladin.
MoP: Elemental Shaman, Restoration Shaman, Brewmaster Monk, Shadow/Disco Priest, Deathknight
This may all sound very boring to you but I'm actually seriously considering either deleting half the characters. Not because I have no use but to keep me from the temptation of playing them, Not that I'm addicted to the game; more that you have to share the love around.
So to make an even short point shorter; I feel this whole expansion and most of the last I feel like I haven't really peaked. I haven't become a heroic raider, or an amazing character that has all the reputation maximised or christ knows what else this game can really do.
What do you suggest to me to make me choose a fricking main! Or to just stop just jumping around; to help me focus on getting one character with 530 ilevel, another with 500 iLevel, another 2 with below 500 and just getting that single character to maxim potential.
I don't even like leveling
