...and NO dwarf paladins or draenei priests anywhere?

Do you
really
want an answer to that?

Roughly 10% of paladins are dwarves and about 8% of priests are Draenei. About a third of Druids are night elves, but there are about half as many races that can be Druids as priests or paladins and until Cata, night elf was the ONLY race the Alliance had that could be druids.

Nelf druid = Shadowmeld - Nelf anything really, but more useful for stealth classes since they can reenter stealth after/during Shadowmeld afaik.
If this is for the holiday achievement you can use a free account to create the race-class combo you need. It's easier than hunting for some of these people some times.

During the Holidays, some of the lesser player Race/Class combinations can be hard to find, this is especially frustrating when combined with the fact that you need to use the
Handful of Snowflakes
on no less than 10 different ones to get
Let It Snow
for
Merrymaker
and subsequently -
What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been
.
Here are a few tips I hope can help:
- If you are Horde - Does your Guild have a sister guild of the opposite faction? Oftentimes large guilds will have sister guilds on the opposite faction just for getting achievements like this done
- You can hang out in the starting zones for each of the races, in your case if you are Alliance - no worries, but if you are Horde, this may not be a solution for you
- Hang out where most people tend to congregate, which during this time of year would be Ironforge for the Alliance races, once again, not always best if you are Horde
- Hang out in Dalaran - since it is neutral city this might be your best option - you can also get
A Frosty Shake
completed if you have the
Winter Veil Disguise Kit
- You can try to enter Battlegrounds
- As mentioned - have a friend create 2 new toons on a
Starter Account
for you, be sure to send them a
Recruit-a-Friend
Invite first :)
FYI - from your original post it was not clear that you were looking for assistance with the
Let It Snow
achievement.

You only need one computer, unless your PC is hamster powered it should be able to run more than one instance of WoW.

Oh my heart bleeds.
I would kill to play Hearthstone, from what I have seen its set to be Game of the Year in 2014.

Keep in mind that a Night Elf Druid was in the original WoW cinematic. I'm sure that played a part in their early popularity.
That and the fact that, as stated above, originally on alliance
only
NEs could be druids.

Same here, he was my first character I made.
Night elf is popular due they are elf and Lord of The ring movies made Legolas imitation hunter spawn, and as stated alliance could only have NE druid for a long time.
Dwarfs has not really been that popular race to play, especially female dwarfs. They exist but i do not see them that often.
