Hello ^-^ I'm Ro.
Here's my story where i'm very desperate about..
So, i was a young fresh child when i started playing WoW and didn't think i needed my real id further on so i filled in a fake name, which is now the problem. I lost my phone, authenticator gone. Now i started making tickets in the support of blizz. But i keep getting denied.. I have whatsoever the auth keys for vanilla, burning crusade, cataclysm etc. The payment information. Everything, the only problem is i don't have the 'id' on the account and they keep denying me and i don't know what to do.
This is what one gamemaster said:
We have received your request to change the registered account holder for this Battle.net Account. We are unable to accept your submission due to the following:
- The payment information you provided did not match the payment information on the account.
- We were unable to verify the authenticity of the license keys provided.
.....
I tried resetting the PW on the acc of mine which is now dead bcus of no authenticator and it worked with the vanilla code, and he said it isnt valid. Also i checked the receipts of my mums creditcard and bank account which he claims invalid.
Another ticket done!
Next answer from a GM, which was trying to help:
In order to help you further, please reply to this ticket, and submit the information requested below in the form of a text document file (e.g. a Notepad document), as an attachment to your reply
- Your Battle.net account email
- Full name registered on the account
- The last 4 digits of the credit card/bank account number or Full Pre Paid Game Card used for the payment
- A legible scan or photo of a piece of government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or driving license
I did this, made another ticket because of not having an account on battle.net

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us about this account.
Sadly we cannot change the name on the account as it is a real name. So as you are not the registered owner of the account we cannot help you further.
DENIED.
What now, im very very very desperate about my account and i want to return to the WoW communtiy and still have fun..

Sadly, the account appears to be something that you cannot recover. This is the consequence when you do not follow the rules when creating your Battle.net account.
From the
Battle,net Terms of Use
(BOLD emphasis added)
B.Establishing an Account.
When creating or updating an Account on the Service, you are required to provide Blizzard with certain personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and, in some cases, payment information. For certain Games, an unused authentication key provided to you by Blizzard will be required when adding a Game license to an Account. A Game license must be added to an Account before you can play that Game online, where applicable.
You agree that you will supply accurate and complete information to Blizzard when requested, and that you will update that information promptly after it changes.
The only suggestion that I have at this point is to make another account and to look at the
Recruit-A-Friend Promotion
that is currently active. There is a
sticky thread
that you can post that you are looking to do the RAF promotion.
Maybe one of the other users here at Wowhead has some further insight on how you can proceed.

Blizzard has very specific rules regarding the use of their service by minors. A parent or legal guardian would have been the person to purchase the game client as well as the game time, and thus they are bound by the following (also found in the
Terms of Use
, BOLD emphasis added)
4. Use of the Service by Minors. Subject to the laws of your country of residence, minor children may utilize an Account established by their parent or legal guardian with the approval of their parent or legal guardian. In your capacity as a parent or legal guardian,
in the event that you provide your approval to allow your minor child to use an Account on the Service, you hereby agree to this Terms of Use Agreement on behalf of yourself and your minor child
, and you represent and warrant that you will be responsible for all uses of the Account by your minor child whether or not such uses were authorized by you, including, but not limited to, your minor child’s acceptance of the EULA for Games that are playable on the Service or any Game-specific Terms of Use.
I would strongly advise that you review the
Terms of Use
(ToU) as well as the
End User License Agreement
(EULA) before establishing a new account. Also, if you are still a minor, you and your parent or legal guardian should review the ToU/EULA as well as the
Unauthorized Account Access Policy
which states (Note the "you" refers to the parent or legal guardian that creates the account for the benefit of the child/minor)
You may not share your account or password with anyone, except that if you are a parent or guardian, you may permit one (1) minor child to use the account instead of you (in which case you may not use that Account at the same time). (Section 1A of the ToU)
You are liable for all activities conducted through the account, including any activities which may be conducted by your minor children that you allow to use your account.

Start fresh kidd. Recruit a friend is a nice way as others have suggested or just wait a bit longer and buy WOD. You apparently get a free 90. I do believe that is the best you will do. I am sorry you can not retain the account. You could always higher a decent hacker. ^_^ Maybe someone inside of blizz maybe. for a price even.
But I do not encourage the use of hacking, or bribes in which are illegal in the 50ty states. Etc... Haking is bad so don't do it. Or something like that. lmfao(##RESPBREAK##)2060##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##Maturity is a wonderful virtue... please try and acquire some.

It wasn't immature it was a joke -.- Mummys are indeed dead are they not. I figured a little LATE halloween humor might lighten the poor kids situation a bit. No disrespect intended to OP. This was not a lack of maturity hence there was no need for that comment at all. However you are the moderhator. I must follow your rule with undying resolve. So I retract that joke with great humility.

Hi Roaxz, although SoCalWowGal is correct it may be worth speaking to us directly so that we can try to see what other information may be provided. It is not uncommon that a fake name is used on the account, and although this will make it more difficult for us to easily proceed with account verification it may not be impossible for us to assist.
I'll keep my eyes on the thread in case you respond here. Thanks!
