Hacked battle.net and email account

Hey guys! My battle.net account was hacked but i got it back. But after that I lost my email account, it was also hacked, and i cant get a new password, so it's gone. Because of that i cant unlock my battle.net account. I sent a ticket today without login in, i gave my new email address in the message, will they send their answer to it?

It's probably best to call their support hotline, they'll help you verify that you are the owner of the account - hopefully you gave your actual name when registering the WoW/Battle.net account.

If araxom is up this early, he may know if they have other channels for support. Or, you can call them at
1-800-592-5499
and see if they prompt for any non-English techs/transfer you to the non-English department.

thanks :) i cant speak english well, thats why i sent a ticket, but i dont know if they send their answer to any other email address. if i have no other choice i will call them :S

thanks, i checked the eu numbers, but theres no hungarian support (not surprised :P)

I'm really grateful that You are here! i sent the ticket without loging in, so i dont know if i can check its ID. i gave an email address in my message section but its not my battle.net email address because i cant use that anymore. will the support send their answer to another email or i should just call them?

Hi! Please check your email as a receipt should have been sent which includes the ticket ID# - if you do not see it, please check the junk/spam folder. If you still don't see it, please let me know a character and realm on the account and that will help me locate it. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

If its an automessage i cant read it, because i dont have access to my battle.net email anymore. So can someone send the answer to one of my another email? Or i should just call the support?

We would have sent the receipt to the new email that you chose to be contacted at. That being said, I have located what appears to be the account, but I don't see a ticket in queue that referenced it. In this case, it's going to be fastest for you to call us and get in direct contact with us. Otherwise, I would ask that you go through the
account recovery
one more time to make sure you have indicated the correct account.

I wanted to mention, that now you are in the process of recovering your account, you should consider adding a
Battle.net Authenticator
to your account to help keep your account secure. In addition, you can add
Battle.net SMS Protect
to your account as well.
