There are quite a few good comments on the
Celestial Blessings
page.
In addition, Wowhead has posted this guide:
Mists of Pandaria Legendary Cape Guide: Updated for 5.4
Icy-Veins has a guide for
Xuen Detailed Strategy
WoW Insider has a guide:
Getting your super-cloak: How to complete Celestial Blessings as a tank or melee DPS
, once again there are quite a few good comments on strategy.
On the MMO-Champion Forums there is a thread:
Feral in Melee (Xuen) Challenge
For information on talent builds see Icy Veins as
Guide to Feral Druid DPS
Noxxic has a
PvE Guide for Feral Druid
as well.

and even tried the tank one but failed at that...
The tanking challenge should be easier than the melee challenge. Since you are Feral, you could use the same gear in Guardian spec.

I can tell you as a fellow Feral Druid I also had issues with this quest. I also tried the tank quest but as I am not very familiar with tanking it went...well less than stellar.
I went back to Xuen and gave it another go. After a few tries I finally managed to get it. As far as exactly how I did it..I can't say. But I can give you some general tips and hopefully it will help.
1) Always get behind Wrathion when he does his cone attack--he takes much more damage from behind, so stay close and just run to the safe side when he starts it and wail on him, rinse, repeat.
2)The adds...they have to die--fast. Use whatever you can and get them down--try not to kite them too much as they just get progressively faster and you'll just end up panicking like I was doing. When they spawn, just use everything you can and burn them fast, but still try to stay close to Wrathion so you can get behind him and use your AOE abilities so you hit everything.
3)The phase where he splits--save your "energy" and run through the groups and swipe away--one hit will get them but you need to hit the right Wrathion for the ability to end without taking massive damage. He does this 3 times in a row I believe so be ready for it. I was hitting heals in between if I had the time during this part.
I don't mean to make this sound easy because I know it's not. A lot of this is luck to be honest--sometimes I would get just one multiple Wrathion phase and sometimes I would get several. Sometimes the adds died quick and others they would not die for anything.
The best advice overall I can give you your not going to like--and that is "slow down". Once I calmed down a little bit and really saw the way the abilities were working and the adds were moving was when I got it. I didn't change my talents at all (although some have suggested it and I did consider it). I don't know what yours are but you can look mine up and see if they are very different.
I doubt this is much different than what else you have read, but you can do it--just relax and take your time. My gear was about the same level when I did it so that shouldn't be an issue (I think I did have a new weapon from LFR when I did it but still). Good Luck--after this your home free!

I
almost
didn't one-shot the tanking version. I'm a little ashamed to say that.

I finally got it, I changed one talent to Ysera's Gift, and swiping them all when he multiplies (I was going bear and trying to get them for the extra hp when they all explode), which he did way more than three times on the one that I beat him. Good luck.
