As soon as i went lvl 90 i disbanded all quests and went for pvp.. boy, what a mistake.. pvp is really incredibly bad balanced if you dont have the proper gear.. only problem is, the quest you receive when you enter stormwind after lvling to 90, i disbanded it, could someone link me the quest so i could obtain it Again?
also, ive ran about 25+ heroic dungeons, and they dont seem to give me any items that are better than my current items.. the same goes for scenarios.. ive done a lot of pvp to buy items for honor points, but it becomes too repetitive with dungeons, scenarios and battlegrounds.. is there some way to obtain better gear through questing?

I think the one you are looking for is the one in Mogu'shan Palace, it is a chain that gives you a couple of scenarios to do then a couple of quests leading you to the barrens stuff as well as a quest to get a pair of 502 boots.

Better gear for what?
PvP - win bgs or arena, earn conquest points and buy gear
PvE - Do the latest LFR ( TOT) which gives ilvl 502 gear.
Really hard to direct you on what is your next step if we don´t know what ilevel gear you have now, or what your goal is ( pve or pvp). But seeing as you never mentioned it, I am guess LFR is the part you are missing.

Sorry, why would you do bgs with bad gear?
my gear is 6-8 ilevels from allowing raids.. is there any quests that gives some good high level gear?

Could you throw in a link for the quest?

If what you want is better gear, 5mans is not the way to go, they offer blue gear. And quests are worse, they can only give at most 450 gear.
For the best gear, run LFR dungeons. You can also run Heroic Scenarios every day for the Valor Points. The Valor Gear is quite good.

Because everyone has to start somewhere.
Grab a Crafted Gladiators set from the AH and grind Conquest and Honor points like everyone else, then upgrade as quickly as you can.
As for PvE gear.
The Questline starts in the alcove above the MSV Entrance where the Lorewalkers are based, you cannot miss it.
The questgiver will have a huge ! above his head and is on the stairs directly facing the only entrance.
That will get you 502 boots and open up a weekly quest Battlefield Barrens.
As this even will terminate next patch, providing you start it today you will be able to obtain 2 pieces of gear using the Latent Kor'kron pieces with a mojo given as a weekly reward.(The drop from mobs but are dirt cheap on the AH)
These give 489 ilvl pieces and of course you will get 250 Valor for completion of the quest each week, which can be used to upgrade the gear too.

That is the link to the start of the barrens chain but you get a couple of quests from the same guy first to do two scenarios before the chain starts.
