There's a vendor in Ebon Hold which sells the gear. Lower level I think. It's a big Patchwerk/Plague Golem/etc looking guy.

Yep. Use your Death Gate ability to return to the flying citadel, then take the teleporter pad to the lower level. Go inside and turn left.

What's REALLY cool about this vendor is that you can buy the items that you did not get the first time around, so you can, for example, transmogrify the Greataxe of the Ebon Blade to look like the Greatsword of the Ebon Blade, or keep both in your inventory and use the sword for solo questing and the axe for tanking dungeons.
