I have been out from wow, for couple months. I tried to come back couple of times, but my time didn't permit me, and i read it, lot of awful things for pvp, mainly for bots.
Since the summer is here, i want to used it well, to play wow, once again, about 3 months, before i go back to work.. This summer, i have more time than usual, because the studio i work it's going to have major reconstitution of the facility, office etc.
So how it's PVP now? I keep reading news, very bad news, nothing good.
At the moment i want to play bgs/arena, but i am 89 lvl.
What is the best way to get arena items? And to farm fast conquer points?
Today, i was reading about daily/weekly pvp quest that are given in Pandaria world. Do you think, by doing these quests , i can get fast conquer points? And does Random bgs, give these items as well?
I know they give for first bgs daily, about 200 conquer points. But, does it gives after too, or it gives just Honor points?
which item sets to get?

You can't get conquest till you are level 90. If you are working on it now, get honour to get the current honour point items so you'll have a set when you do ding. At that point, run battlegrounds, since you do get conquest points for wins.

Bot issues are exaggerated, at least as far as I've seen.
The first daily BG win gives 100 conquest points. On the Isle of Thunder (you'll need to do some easy solo scenarios to unlock all of it) you can do "PvP" dailies (whether or not they're actually PvP depends on population balance on the server you're playing on) that award a decent amount of honor and some conquest points.
There's a catch up system in place for conquest points. When you hit 90 your conquest point cap should be increased by, iirc, 1000 per week (minus one) of the current season you haven't been active during. Get 90, then get gear from honor (look up which BG has Call to Arms if you have some favourites you'd rather do over randoms). When you have honor gear the fastest way to get conquest is simply to do arena since you get 180 conquest points per win.
How do you mean which item set? There's only really one for each spec per source of items (honor / conquest, etc.), with some minor choices in non tier slots.

Does PVP dailies from Isle of Thunder gives as well Conquer points?
when you play random BG, only the first time you play and also win, get you conquest points? You with each win after that, you get some amount of points?
Ab is my favorite BG, but, i do enjoy playing others too as well.

The PvP dailies on IoT gives 50 conquest points from the
final quest
.
Battlegrounds (random or Call to Arms) give 100 conquest points on the first win of the day and 50 conquest points on subsequent wins.

Do you think, PVE gear will be good in PVP? because i've read it that people use PVE gear in PVP,

Use the edit function instead of double posting. :)
Some PvE gear can be good - at the moment we're mainly talking about trinkets. However since they recently both capped item level in battlegrounds / arenas to 496, meaning anything above that item level is scaled down, and previously also changed the procs of the
ilvl 522 trinkets
from
Shado-Pan Assault
reputation to have half the stat increase but double the duration in PvP, using higher item level PvE trinkets is not nearly as efficient as it used to be.
I believe 2/2 valor point upgraded Darkmoon trinkets are considered very good at the moment, since they're neither downscaled in item level in PvP nor nerfed the same way Shado-Pan trinkets were. There's a few others too, like
Breath of the Hydra
for casters.
The ridiculous amount of PvP Power on PvP weapons means they should be markedly superior to even higher item level PvE weapons despite the recent nerf to PvP power rating conversion (you get slightly less power per point now than you used to).
