- Once you have a level 60, being able to start any class at level 60, same with 70, 80, 85. I can accept having to grind at 90, but I can't handle the 60-85 grind anymore. 1-60 I can deal with, but 60-85..
- A robust stable voice chat system that is part of WoW, the third party offerings have issues. That way disruptive people in voice chat can be disciplined, and voice chat will be available to LFR and LFD groups.
- More five man heoric dungeons at 90.
- Bring the Upgrade NPC and process back.
- A weekly cap on valor that scales based on how much the character has acquired over the life of the character. This isn't too scientific, but for example if you have accrued 15,000 valor points your weekly cap should go up to 1100, 20,000 vp, the cap should be 1200.

- Bring the Upgrade NPC and process back. They are back next patch, since there isn't a new set of gears from raids.

- new dungoens: Carvens of Time: Fall of Magic City
Magic City suggests a focus on Dalaran, and it
would
be pretty cool to play through Dalaran during the Third War, with the Burning Legion running rampant through the streets. Was that what you meant?
The only problem there is that (right now, at least) those events wouldn't be relevant - they don't have any bearing on MoP's storyline. It would just be kinda like 'Hey, remember when this happened? Yeah, that sucked, but have some loot.' A lot of people are speculating that the next expansion will revolve around the resurgence of the Burning Legion - a CoT Dalaran instance like that might have a place in 6.X.
Halls of Twisted Mind
Not sure where you're going with this. They're all pretty cool words, and they seem to be in the right order, but I have no idea what they mean :)
______________________________
As for my wishlist, it'd look a little something like this.
1) More expansions with a single big bad villain
MoP has had a lot of great stuff going on, and it's starting to tie together, but it still seems too diffuse to me. I like having a definite target to set my sights on.
2) Stop making scenarios
I've only run five scenarios, ever. The group dynamic doesn't interest me. Which is a shame, because quick instances should be a great way to demonstrate lore that isn't central to the main storyline, but still worth a look. I fell in love with WoW because of the distinct roles each player has within a group - if you're a tank, you tank, if you're a healer, you heal, etc. Scenarios are ripping that up and throwing it away.
3) Make more 5-man instances
For the entirety of MoP, the only 5-mans we're going to get are the ones available at launch. Really? They're getting stale. Really stale. I know I'm not the only one that would love some more 5-man Dungeons.
4) Stop nerfing PvE performance with changes intended to balance PvP
Arms warriors, man. My favourite class, my favourite spec, and it's a joke in a raiding environment right now. All because Blizzard keep implementing changes to balance Arms in PvP, which spill over heavily into PvE. Seriously, I think I'd do more damage at this point if one of my fellow raiders just picked me up and
threw
me at the sodding boss.
5) Make Justice Points useful again
Right now, JP's only uses are to buy a couple of 458 pieces on a freshly-dinged 90, and to buy Heirlooms. Pretty soon, people are going to have all of the looms, leaving us with a huge cache of unusable currency. Unless you want to spank 1250 JP on 20 Embersilk Cloth. Hardly a fitting use for the penultimate PvE currency, is it?
6) No. More. Troll Instances.
Please. No more.

Cross-Faction Real ID grouping.
More STR polearms
New lvl 90 talents for DKs. Our current ones SUCK.
An dungeon with Jaina and specially Vereesa as the end-bosses.
Revamp to the rest of the professions like what they did to cooking and blacksmithing (Being able to level them from 1 to 600 on pandaria)
Mini-Tyrael pet available to other players (that thing is incredible, I WANT IT SO BADLY!)
Cross-realm Heirlooms.
Heirloom EXP applying to pets, its a chore having to level every single one of them to 25.
some form of baseline interrupt for Warlocks.
A questline similar to the "Green Fire" quest that the warlocks received for every class. Everyone should have a quest as rich in lore, as challenging in regards to your class mechanics, and rewarding in cosmetic awesomeness (Golden Wings for the paladins for example)
A revamp of the Runeforge mechanic for DKs, in its current state is really boring. Efficient yes, but boring.
Divine-type enemy for the next expansion. It gets dull that all the enemies we fight are the typical bad guys, demons (Burning legion) Undead (Scourge) Evil Cult (Twilight Hammer) Evil Shadows (Sha). I find it refreshing when angelic, divine, and celestial themed beings are the enemy, such as the Scarlet Crusade in wow, the Sarafan Knights on Legacy of Kain, The Ori on Stargate, The Templars in Dragon Age, The Mercykillers in Planetscape Torment, etc.
A possible candidate is having to fight the Pantheon who wants to re-originate azeroth after finding out that Algalon lied to them. Then we have a full expansion were we fight Divine, Celestial, Angelic Themed enemies.

What the game needs most is an ilevel squish and the removal of scaling.
And fewer restrictions on transmog.
4. Lordaeron back to it's rightful owners.
You got that when the Forsaken broke themselves free of the Lich King.
- Quest can lead to 2 different quests and you must choose the other one = more choises.
- difrent quests to each char you make
- difrent quests to different class/race.
- class only quests (just like back in good old days).
No. There needs to be less of this, not more. Swoopskin Gloves should not be a Tauren-only item.
3. The 1 DK per realm limit removed.
How about 1 DK per realm per faction? You get 1 Alliance DK and one Horde DK.
Death Knights are supposed to be the prestige class; they're supposed to be special. Anything that makes them less special should be very carefully considered.

-Leper Gnomes for horde, High elves for alliance
-A glyph that makes a warriors throw ability to something besides small daggers. Javelins, throwing axes, rocks, darts etc.
-Heroic versions of Uldaman, BRS, BRD and BFD.
-More troll instances.
-More fel Orc instances

-More troll instances.
Right, because having a patch full of troll content in every expansion* isn't enough, and 4.1 was so much fun.
*(aside from Wrath, but at launch there was an entire zone centered around the trolls)

What about DPS classes being able to out-damage tank classes in an AoE fight? With big mob packs, I always see tanks leading the charts, never Rogues, Warlocks, Shadow Priests, Mages, Hunters, etc. Just because tanks need to maintain threat on all the mobs does not also mean they should lead or dominate damage output.
About SPriests specifically: Blizzard's response of "multi-DoT", Halo, Mind Sear for AoE packs is bizarre thinking. The most amount of mobs you can apply DoTs to without them fading off is 4-5, which, in that amount of time, you
should
be able to cast 7-9 Mind Sears for significantly more DPS. As it is, our DPS actually drops compared to other damage dealers. When there is more than 4-5 mobs in a pack, you can forget about trying to keep up; it won't happen.
Being able to fly in Pandaria would be nice, but I understand why you can't.
Make craftable weapons and armour more useful, or at least the trade skills. A month after any new expansion, do you ever see in Trade chat lots of people asking for crafted gear? What about letting the crafters repair gear anywhere, at any time, which is something the NPCs cannot do.
Have the Blizzard UI coders fix their bugs. Some bugs have persisted since vanilla or Burning Crusade. I get that fixes might have cascading consequences, but not fixing them is worse. The idea of "would you rather us design new content or fix old bugs" is not a valid argument, especially when Blizzard can take several people away from Warcraft and put them into making Hearthstone. An entirely new game can wait, people!

4.1 Was a great content patch. The questline and the updated zg/za where awesome. (yes I know many people disagrees with that, but I loved them).
We could get updated HC versions of ZF and Sunken Temple, that would be sweet.

Oops, you are correct. When I mentioned flying in Pandaria, I actually mean the 5.2 Troll content areas. Should have clarified that... Entropyutd explained perfectly "I understand why you can't".
For the old bugs, Blizzard had a golden opportunity they created themselves with Cataclysm. That expansion should never have shipped with the vanilla through Wrath bugs intact.
As for fixing the tank AoE DPS situation, I don't have answers. By the Light, I wish I did, but if the threat/DPS works fine for single targets, it can't be that hard to compute for AoE packs. The pre-Mists game did not have this problem, which means something isn't "working as intended".

You know what else we need? More use of "formerly end-game" content. This includes both old dungeons and older gear.
Making older gear more useful could be easily accomplished with the ilevel squish that was mentioned earlier. There is no excuse for clvl 80 Cat greens being better than clvl 80 Wrath epics. The epics from each expansion should last until you start acquiring epics from the next. Multiplayer level brackets should be shifted so that former level caps (60, 70, 80, 85) are at the tops of their brackets instead of the bottoms.
Making more use out of older dungeons could be easily accomplished by opening up more random dungeon options. Players at level 70 should be able to choose between random Wrath dungeons and random BC Heroics; level 80 characters should be allowed to choose between random Cat dungeons and random Wrath heroics.
