-Glyph of Ancient Life - would be cool, but would need a bigger downside to it than just a snare and minor size increase, probably increasing the cd a bit so that it wouldn't become a no-brainer glyph in PvE.
-Glyph of Symbiotic Diversity - sounds pretty broken to me, to the point where it would give a druid preference in a raid spot over another class, since they'd be boosting 2 other raid members. Maybe if you didn't give the 2nd target an ability in return, and both abilities shared a cooldown, but that kinda defeats the idea of the ability to me.
I think it'd be pretty sweet if your glyph allowed casting Symbiosis in combat though, perhaps a bit selfish on the druid's part, but it would allow you to change the ability mid-fight, just having the cast-time where you're not doing anything else I think would be enough to keep it balanced. It would have to keep the cd from the previous ability though, so you're not activating a 3-min cd, switching and immediately activating a new ability.
Don't mean to pick on anyone, but I just came back to playing after a 1.5 year break and the forum population seems a bit more sparse than when I was last browsing it. Makes it pretty easy to pick up on themes in some people's posts, and judging by Tush's last few posts that I've seen in this forum, I'd take anything he/she says with a massive grain of salt in regard to anything druid related.

Probably increase the snare to 75%, combined with the major size, it'll make a tree of life more or less have to right click buff or die in some fire-heavy fights though.
