Lorewise, on horde side, alchemy belongs to Undead/Goblin, enchanting belongs to Blood Elf. Tauren favors herbalism and Trolls may like skinning/leatherworking. Engineering is for Goblin for sure.
On top of my head, orc physical class may favor blacksmithing, and orc cloth caster may favor inscription. Mining is also a choice for rp, as in most quests in WoW that involves saving some slaves/caught ppl/etc that were sent to collect materials, human and orc are the most common seen ones.

I have to agree that inscription seems to fit. Warlocks in general fit the Scribe profession with their hidden powers, runes and inscriptions with symbols of power, etc. A Warlock is a mage who delved too deeply into the Arcane and tapped into the Fel. I'd say inscription and maybe Enchanting with that. Tailoring could be argued from his days as a mage, before his "fall" as it were. One could argue, and I don't know your Orc's backstory, that if he were Shaman > Warlock instead of a Mage > Warlock that one of the other nature-like jobs could work, like herbalism, leather, skinning ... If you have the cash-flow from a main or guild or are willing to do it slowly, Inscription and Enchanting seem most likely to me. Warlocks, particularly Orc Warlocks, seem to be very focused on power. Hidden power. Giving themselves and edge at all costs. Shoulder enchants, ring enchants, arcane runes and imbuing equipment with hidden powers all fit that mold, to me. One could argue the same of Alchemy, I suppose, with the trinket and imbibing potions/elixirs to gain power, but it all seems too "sciencey" for an Orc. Like the other guy said, I could see it for Forsaken or Goblins, though.
Good luck. Curious what you choose. Maybe give some more info for better results, though. I went with my ideas of an RP Orc Warlock since you didn't give your own backstory. Remember Warlock history. Humans were typically mages who did as I said above and Orcs were traditionally Shaman who forsake the elements in pursuit of power and tapped into Fel magics directly, without landing on typical Mage Arcanery. Though, the mage path is just as viable, I suppose. Far less likely, though.
