Lvl 200 gear without guild or DF?

hi, im a lvl 81 Worgen Frost DK looking for some lvl 200 (187 will work too) amour, but cant use dungeon finder, and my friends are lower levelled (50-69), any tips?

The general consensuses in my guild is Hyjal is easier for a melee. Vashj'ir is easier if you're ranged.

I personally have a heck of a time with the three dimensional fighting in Vashj'ir as a melee, I'm not just dealing with things hitting me from in front or behind, but they could also be above or below me. Plus with the slower movement speed (since you're swimming) I found it harder to round the mobs up if they're ranged.
