Custom Weight Scale Issues

hi, i was just wondering if someone might be able to help me understand what i am doing wrong when it comes to creating custom weight scales for instance, while comparing items.
so i have 2 sets of custom scales in the "score" row, when i hover over the numbers i see the name that i have given that set of values for that scale. then i do the same with the second one, and see that unique name as well.
what i am having trouble with is how do i edit these scales once they are made? when i go to add a new scale i go to the custom section where i do not see either of these scales, though they are present in the current compare screen. so lately i have resorted to re-creating scales. it just seems so unnecessary. if there are scales being used, isn't there a section on wowhead to simply edit these scales, or even rename? i wish that by closing "clicking the X" scale it doesn't get deleted. there are times i would want to see some certain scales for specific classes and other times i want to see others, yet it seems that by closing the scale i am deleting it. or so it appears to be.
also, it appears i can't start with selecting "custom" - i need to select a template to start with, is that correct? i don't see custom appearing under the menu immediately.
any assistance would be much appreciated! thanks :)

After making a new weight scale you will need to refresh the page to have it appear in the drop-down menu but I'm able to create, edit and save new weights from within the comparison tool here.
Perhaps you could provide links to each step you're talking about so we can see what you're seeing. If you also provide a screenshot then we can tell if it's a browser issue with the correct controls not displaying properly on your end.(##RESPBREAK##)16##DELIM##asakawa##DELIM##
