Feral druid PVP survivability

I'm a feral druid and have been shifting into bear form in pvp for survivability since forever. With MoP I'm not sure if it's the best thing to do as far as survivability goes, since our cat form is now a lot harder to kill through primal swiftness, dream of cenarius and Glyph of Cat Form. All the survival CD's are usable in both forms (Survival instincts and Barkskin as default, everything else through talents and Symbiosis) and bear form does not increase dodge anymore, just armor (which is far less important in pvp than pve). Still, bear form offers increased armor, some extra hp and frenzied regeneration. Is it enough considering a loss in mobility, dps and cc options, lowered heals from all sources and loss of primal swiftness heals on proc?

I've been doing arenas and BGs quite a bit since I hit 90. The only time I've shifted into bear form at all is when I pop Might of Ursoc to cope with getting trained hard, which isn't that often. Between being able to constantly throw myself offheals via Pred Swiftness, the huge mobility we have and our defense cooldowns, I've never had an issue.
By the way, I'd go with Nature's Vigil instead. It's too much of a DPS boost to not take. PvP is very burst-centric right now.
Here's the spec I use for BGs and 2s (with a rogue partner):
