Call support for your region, you should be able to navigate to the page they list numbers on without being logged in.

The url "wow.com" is not used by Blizzard. It was once used by a third-party WoW news site owned by AOL, but was then used for some restaurant finder or something - now it seems it's used as a redirect for games.com, another AOL site.
However, I doubt AOL would be using your account info (if they even log your login attempts)
Blizzard.net isn't in use either, it seems.
Try using
worldofwarcraft.com
or
battle.net

Solved the problem.
This is the Magnific Solution - Works perfectly!
<You wont even notice it>
1. Open Notepad (or Notepad++)
2. Add the following thing:
@echo off
echo loading ....
echo Your Cache is deleted, press any key to start World Of Warcraft!
echo.
rmdir /s /q "E:\Games\World of Warcraft\Cache"
CD E:\Games\World of Warcraft\
pause
START Wow.exe
exit
3. Now what you want to do is im the "
File type
" Choose "
All Files
"
4. The final part is to find the World of Warcraft Installation map:
Game folder: E:\Games\World of Warcraft
(For example, its mine atleast)
5. Save the File in the WoW map as WoWboot.exe
6. Done! (drag a shortcut from this to the desktop) = This is your new "wow-startup" file.
Enjoy gaming! (never can forget clear cache)!
