My main is a warrior and i love Tanking. I am new to World of Warcraft and this is my only toon. I spent a redeculious amount of time cappin this toon. I want a ALT but i want to spend as little of time as possible doing so. I leveled my Brewmaster to ORG and ave him sitting at an INN in ORG with all my bags ready, set up, 2 professions learned, plus Fishing, Cooking, First Aid, Archeology, ETC. Soon as i did all that i parked him at a INN and im waiting to get a full set of BoA gear for him as i understand thats the fastest way to level a ALT but what is the fastest way to get all the pieces available and what slots will i not be able to fill this way? Thanks for your help guys. Sorry if this is a stupid question but like i said im a noob and we all got to start somewhere. LOL

Fastest way to get a BoA set is to run dungeons until your fingers fall off for the Justice Points. And since you're wanting to get a full set, it could take a month or more.
Since your warrior is your only other toon, it makes it harder since I'm sure you'll want to get gear for him, which is probably only bought with Justice Points (or Valor once you get to that point).
Lvling is stupidly fast when you do a combo of dungeons and questing. If you're able to, que for a dungeon, and while you wait do a couple quests.

To try to complete your answer there is a variety of gear to be gotten for an alt. Their are items for the chest, shoulders, head, back, legs, weapon, and trinket slots. Also there is the slightly harder to obtain ring which is received by winning the Kaluak fishing derby. The legs are obtainable after your guild has achieved
Working Better as a Team
the cloak and head slot items are gotten from guild reaching lvl 10 and 20 respectively. All combined it adds to a total of 50% experience boost which can significantly speed the leveling process. Hope this helps

Note that you can get one Darkmoon heirloom per month PER TOON. Create a whole bunch of level 10 alts and grind for DMF tickets on EACH of them, and pretty soon you'll have more heirlooms than you'll know what to do with.

Thank you guys so much for your input. I do have a level 25 Guild and i am exaulted with them. I did buy all of the pieces i could with the guild vendor and i dont need justice points anymore for my main only for the BoA and i eventually want a full set of PvP to get into that as well. I am still working on dailies and other goals i have finishing my tank school with my main. I just want to prepare my ALT to grind him to 90 as fast as possible after i reach a few more of these said goals. I was rushing out to a doctors appointment and did not word or ask clearly what i wanted to know or needed help understanding but i think i got the answer from you guys. Basically i was just wondering if there was any other way to get all the pieces available faster or just JP only. A little confused about the darkmoon heirloom thing but that sounds like something i need to be looking into to accomplish my goal here. Thank you all for your time and replies.

Also note to what someone said about my professions i am zen master engineer and miner so everything is capped. I guess i just need to grind for JP and look into this Heirloom trick with Darkmoon fairy. I am newer to the game then some understand i never capped any other expansion. played very little for about 10 months until diving in hardcore a couple months back and just capped my 1st toon for MOP

I have the opinion that Champion's Seals and Darkmoon tickets are a way too expensive way to buy heirlooms, you can get "more" out of those by spending them on the respective pets (Darkmoon ones can be caged) and sell these for gold. Of course, that doesn't give you the Heirlooms, but I'd rather farm JP or convert Honor (please do not buy PvP heirlooms for questing/dungeons) than spend more effort on AT/DMF.

If you have the 3 pieces from your guild perks. I would say just do BGs and buy the other pieces with honor. If you have heirlooms, you are going to cakewalk through all the quests and dungeons anyway from 1-80. The pvp heirlooms have slightly worse stats, but it is the EXP bonus you really need. 1-80 and especially 1-60 dungeons are extremely easy even without any heirlooms.
Also, even though you said you want to tank, always make sure to queue also as dps.. there are a lot of times 1-60 where tanks will have a longer queue than dps. Once you get in the dungeon, just do what you do.. again.. 1-60 dungeons are extremely easy..

ok thats teaches me something esle. i knew i could change JP for honor but i did not realize i could reverse that.I spent some JP on Honor & got a PvP healm because i want a scub set for PvP to but after buying the healm i realized/learned i wanted the heirloom set 1st. thanks so much for the comments & guidance i may have some extra honor to trade back since im holding out on the PvP set

For the time spent, I think Champions Seals are by far the fastest- although that assumes that you are already a Champion.
14/day takes 20 minutes or less to get, and you can do it on multiple alts
Similarly, most pieces are 45, 60 or 95 seals, and are fairly painlessly attained, imo. Especially given how expensive JP Heirloom gear is.
You also have the side benefit of Achievements, faction, and a decent chunk of gold from the AT dailies.

very confused about what little info i have read about "champions seals" except it sounds like i have to dive into the PvP and i dont want to do that until i have a set of the heirloon for my ALT. then i do plan to work on the PvP scrub set to start doing that as well. i tried the PvP BGs is my Heroic Armour and can tell i will really enjoy that but obviously was not to much fun withoutat least the minimum PvP armour

Just to clarify, Champion's Seals aren't PvP related, at all. They're daily quests in Icecrown, at the Argent Tournament. About 7 days to unlock, and then you can get 12 seals per day, or one piece of Heirloom gear ~ 5 days. You also get around 150g for the dailies, and they take a very short time to do.
Once you champion all the factions, you get the Crusader title and some extra dailies.

Oh, I'd forgotten the vendor didn't unlock until Crusader. I thought it unlocked with your first Champion.
Sorry, been too long since I did it all.

I was thinking about this last night, and I bet by the time you go a set of BoA for your brewmaster, you could have him leveled already.

I'd bet that to be the case.
I've leveled alts both with and without heirlooms, and given the (weeks) it takes to gather a full set, they aren't really needed.
That said, it can be fun to have a cool looking gear set and not have to worry about upgrades much along the way.
