Auctioning Question

Hello everyone, I was looking for fellow players' opinions on selling tradeskill items in stacks on the Auction House. I'm of course one of the many people who use the Auctioneer Suite to make tasks easier for myself and am wondering how people sell their items? I can never decide whether I should only sell items once I get full stacks, or post items in singles, or small stacks? Any opinions would be appreciated.
P.s. I would also like to ask if anyone could give me an insight to setting Auctioneer to not undercut current market price by a percent but rather post at the market price? Or post at the same price as the lowest seller?
Thanks!

I've been doing Itemathons on my website, where I talk about specific items and going into detail about how to auction them and such.
As far as posting in singles, do that only for items that are somewhat hard to get, or for items that are often used for crafting and only require one of said objects. Such as brilliant shards (I think?) from enchanting--I'll normally put three single stacks up for people to take.
With most of anything else, such as leather, cloth, ore, and herbs, I'll either post them in stacks of five, ten, or twenty, never in stacks of one. I'd kind of mix and match, but don't overflow the AH with a certain item or nobody will want to take them (unless they're all at a really cheap price, of course...).

On many of the items, you need to figure out what the best stack size for that one is. I know that some of the enchanting, leather-working and tailoring recipes use different stack sizes and many times I have found that with specific items it works better to sell them in unusual stack sizes. I do not recall the specific items at this moment, but know that some are best sold in stacks of 3, 5 or 7 as that is the common stack size used for various recipes.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I have been giving the stack sizes a try and they do seem to be selling a bit better than normal.

I never list dusts, ore, leather, cloth as singles, honestly it annoys the crap out of me when some idiot lists 10 stacks of an item as all singles, I know for one I skip to the cheapest full stack because screw that guy... (I'm sure I'm not the only one)
This ^
Even though I can buy singles with one click (through an addon), it's still annoying. Especially when you have other items in your mailbox which you don't want to remove so you need to open each 1 item mail individually (as opposed to using the Open All button on an addon).
I very rarely list in single units, and when I do it's usually because I'm only listing the one item.

And this ^
If you learn the stack sizes the different professions need for the common recipes you can generally make more money.
Back in Cata I used to list my Volatile Life in stacks of 8 (Flasks) and 10 (a lot of LW recipes, plus an easy round number). Not only would they almost always sell, but I could price them higher than the going rate and they'd still sell, usually fairly quickly too. And I'd sell my gems in stacks of 3 because that's what you needed for both the Transmute and the JC daily.
Or like during the Halloween festival that just ended. At the end of that quest line which rewarded the creepy box pet, you needed 2 Strange Dust for the finial part. After I ran through the quest and saw that I tossed a bunch of 2 stacks up at a fairly insane price just to see if they sold. Yup.
If you can figure out your market and how they use the items you can usually make more. A lot of people will pay for the extra convenience.
