Piggybacking, it's (99% sure) displayed for anyone
not
from your server. That includes BGs, LFD, and LFR in addition to CRZ.

Thankyou for the prompt replies.
CRZ will not work until the people that kill the quest turn-in npc are punished.
This job was accomplished previously by Blizzard and the individual server community together.
Now the server can do nothing in response and we see the results.
My response up to now was to log in a different char.

Um what? If someone is ganking quest npc's, you just deal with it like you did in Vanilla: Report them and go somewhere else for a while and hope the brain dead idiot gives up eventually.

In my quest to find this answer I thought I read that the report and ignore features were not working for people from a different server.
Then I wondered how they would know which Legolass* was killing the quest npc's. Doesn't every realm have one?

That's why you write down what server they are from, same way as you report people in LFD/LFR, that are doing things outside of spam/language/name.

I use a macro for this exact purpose. Might have to start a Word doc soon.
