Intellect, Spirit, Haste.. by far the most useful of stats.. But for pvp healing, isnt keeping your mana up the most important thing to do? I have been getting as much spirit as i can without sacrificing intellect.
Reforging whatever doesnt have spirit, to get spirit.
Been gemming for intel and intel/haste, intel/spirit for socket bonuses.
Enchanted to get as much spirit as possible. (only have intel to cloak sadly)
Does this sound about right? I am sitting in full 352 pvp gear -besides pve trinkets im still using that give massive intel. (im human, dont need the trinket + ty easy honor from TB)
2165 Mp5 in combat unbuffed.
3.35% Haste
It honestly doesnt seem like much at all despite all of my base gear stat is based off of spirit.
Since we are like mana #$%^&s now.. it seems helpful to get as much Mp5 as possible so you can even heal. Even with this much Mp5.. it barely fights back the mana cost to keep someone alive.
Is this a good idea? Or should haste be more of priority for pvp?
Any thoughts fellow paladins? What have you guys been doing for pvp healing / whats working for you?

If you are having serious mana issues and are stacking spirit really high, then stacking haste isn't going to help you, unless you have been using one of your big heals to keep people up because you are afraid of a spell lock when using holy light.
Haste, if anything, will then make you oom faster - unless you are right now not using holy light due to spell lock concerns.
Personally, my priorities are Intellect>Spirit>Crit>Haste. But I do have a mixed priority when it comes to Spirit and Crit. I try for 35-40% crit (Haven't reached this target), yet also try to keep a decent amount of spirit (I am at 2k in combat). I usually don't have mana issues, but I haven't ran many rated BGs. Pugs though I usually have no mana issues unless i get mana drained by a lock or mana burned by a priest.

This is not an issue. Haste is a very good stat, especialy in arenas. Also mastery is a bit more valuable in PvP than in PvE, but its hard to get any as half of the stats on PvP gear is taken by resilience. Crit is the same trash in both PvE and PvP, but while it may be hard to avoid crit gear in PvE, in PvP the only piece of gear that has resi/crit is the mace.

My stat priority is Spirit>Crit>Haste>Mastery. I reforge for Spirit and Crit. I gem for Intellect.
Spirit is needed for mana regen, natch.
Crit provides instant heals, and not unsubstantial throughput what with the increased health pools.
Haste provides, albiet less RNG throughput and speeds up my heals, making them marginally harder to interrupt, but negatively effects my mana efficiency.
Mastery is garbage.
